The concept for this project was based on the corporate identity of the company, transmitting institutional values through the space. The goal was to design a young and clear environment improving the well-being of the employees.

The office layout was arranged in a way that boost flow and movement. There are plenty of varieties for the usual workspace: traditional workstations, phone booths, standing meeting points, formal and informal meeting rooms, and a large cafeteria. These areas allow the employees to choose what type of space is best for them to work, depending on the job they are performing.

From the use of the brand color palette and disposal of elements inspired by the Japanese culture, you can notice Daiichi-Sankyo essence through the space. All components contribute to the personalization of a specific ambience, communicating the identity of the company.

The design exceeded the expectation of the client who believes that now the office “looks like the company”. The project insights crowned the new culture of Daiichi-Sankyo: a more casual, dynamic, and youthful conduct instead of social dress, formalities and traditional customs.
