The Atulya IT Park with 2 lakh sq. ft. of building area is sited on a land parcel adjoining Crystal IT Park, Khandwa Road, Indore (M.P).

Built form-cardinally aligned and not with site edge, thereby optimizing the habitability of external leisure spaces as well as achieving north-south orientation for reduced sun egress from the east and west direction.

Dynamically changing building views with soft visual base (podium) and centrally placed circulation core as a grand statement in exposed concrete with glass slits.

The central court - a passive cooling feature with landscape and central gazebo with open access for southwest winds.

Aerobrise Louvers (optimally designed for heat and light admittance) forms the major visual feature of facade design.

The building is designed to be GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment) rated; fully air-conditioned building with provision of BMS. All the building elements were analyzed so as to reduce solar penetration in the building to achieve thermal comfort and reduce annual energy consumption. It incorporates all building service provisions like plumbing and sanitation, STP, electrification with DG back up, and fire fighting.
