The project is an office space for a construction firm. The client, a trio of young and enthusiastic Civil Engineers, required a contemporary boutique office to showcase their projects and construction prowess. The brief required a common MD cabin for the three partners and an exclusive conference Cabin, apart from defined staff and accounts area. The office was also required to have a couple of small meeting spaces for sub-contractors and vendors. A simple yet interesting office was the underlying requirement.
