Located in the "Bavaria Towers" in Munich, 4 floors with a total of 5,500m² are rented out for the fitness company eGYM. During the search of suitable rental property, we have already developed and defined the company's objectives hand in hand. In a cooperative workshop we worked out design and spatial concepts. This allowed a quick design process of just 9 months starting at the contract signing. Many open workspaces combined with a corresponding number of retreats provide a good basis for productive work. Common rooms, such as a spacious lounge area with a large communal kitchen, a gym and a co-working space to also be used by outsiders create the eGYM world, too. The CI-colours in combination with graphic elements and greenery round off a harmonious and unique office space.
