荷兰绿意盎然的三层别墅设计

On a very green spot on the corner of the Stationsweg and the Ericalaan and near the centre of Ede, we have designed three urban villas of five floors in a contemporary style, but well suited to the distinguished architecture that is so characteristic for the Stationsweg.

The three stately buildings are basically the same in structure but also differ, with their own colour masonry and just a different façade layout, whereby the 'random' distribution of extruded window frames and French balconies over the façades and floors creates an all-round varied image and makes every home unique.

Beautiful brick in a façade composition of standing and lying masonry, large longitudinal or corner balconies with south and south-west orientation and a zinc roof as termination in mansard roof in square, with flat top, give the buildings a luxurious appearance with beautiful materials and rich detailing.

By solving the parking underground, the possibility arose to place the villas well on the plot in a private green park garden for residents. For the design of the park garden we have been inspired by the Veluwe landscape in the surroundings of Ede.

Uniqueness at all levels is thematic for the entire design. Each villa is unique, the façade layout per floor is unique and with only one apartment per layer, customization was possible for each occupant and for each dwelling the layout could be determined in consultation with us and the contractor, including the facade layout within certain conditions. Obviously, the core of the building, consisting of the elevator, the lift hall and the stairwell, were at a fixed position and there is also a permanent place within the house for the required technology. However, for each floor, 4 different layouts had already been designed for residents to choose from, or which served as a basis for further individualization of the housing layout.
