Simple, Clean Geometries Update an Aging Mall

The renovation and new ground-up building at College Mall sought to update an aging mall with fresh aesthetics and a new tenanting strategy. The renovated portion of the mall was turned inside out to create an outdoor shopping experience. Simple, clean geometries were paired with rich materials to create an experience that feels elevated and upscale. Adjacent to the renovation, a new, ground-up grocery store completes the center.
