Located in the metropolitan area of Xalapa City, and taking advantage of its easy access through a main communication route that cross the city to the end (Av. Lázaro Cárdenas), this project is set in a commercial area where the parking floor, walkways and green areas have been placed at the center of the development, allowing to have greater control at any point for the visitor. Similarly, this configuration allows the harvesting of rain in the region to be reintegrated into the groundwater.

The ground has 13,608.00 m2, and the 65% correspond to the built area. The development will include 7,253.00 m2 intended as a profitable area, which allows us to present 28 local business use and 223 parking crates. Currently, there are four “Anchor” shops and another variety of commercial options that will accommodate local needs.
