ELM | Ervin Lovett Miller are the planners, architects, and landscape architects for the urban redevelopment of Sawgrass Village, completing the long-awaited transformation of the tired 1980s vintage shopping center into the retail, restaurant, and civic centerpiece of the community. ELM has set a transformative vision for Sawgrass Village as the “Heart of Ponte Vedra Beach,” leading the project’s planning and design, including robust community involvement.

The site is well-positioned in the affluent beachfront community of Ponte Vedra Beach and is at the “front door” of the headquarters of the PGA Tour and the Players Championship, one of professional golf’s biggest tournaments. When complete, ELM’s plan will transform Sawgrass Village into an energetic, pedestrian-rich commercial environment, just as Ponte Vedra Beach has transformed into one of the Southeastern United States’ most desirable oceanfront communities.
