The center has 73 shops and 9 restaurants covering 40,000 m2 over two floors. The basement has a parking area of 24 000 m2. The center is the largest in Vestlandet and is located in the heart of Åsane, Norway. The building is divided with an external square which offers excellent opportunities for outdoor dining. Restaurants with access from the square contribute to life and activity in the area. The focus is on the environment and the project has been designed to Passivhaus standard.

Above the center, Link Arkitektur have designed 170 apartments, a roof garden measuring 10,000 m2 and a playground. The first apartments will be ready in April 2015.
