Coconut Point is a 1.2 million square foot retail development located in Estero, Florida. This is a "hybrid" retail center as it contains 500,000 square feet of "big box" retailers and 500,000 square feet of lifestyle type shops. Also included in the mix is a movie theater and 192 residential condominium units that are designed to occur over the life-style retail. Wakefield Beasley & Associates was responsible for the construction documents and construction administration for all of the big box retailers, a portion of the lifestyle tenants and all of the residential units.
