Le Promenade – Phase 1 of the Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah - is envisioned to be a haven for retail development. Along the waterfront, a selection of buildings are earmarked to provide entertainment, food and beverage (F&B), retail, leisure, and office spaces and to sustain activities in the waterfront. The open space layout planning adopted for F&B, retail, and office buildings visually connect the waterfront to the building interiors.

Floor plans were developed to consider that all seats have unique dining experience, compact layout that balances privacy with social interactions, flexibility of furniture to permit functional uses of space according to customer requirements, observatory spaces, action spaces, close proximity of table to table, and high table to space ratio.

The urban character highlights the waterfront promenade and retail spaces as an intertwined development that promotes local and international tourism in RAK’s iconic island development.
