The main objective of the design is to harmoniously integrate the functional needs of Shopping / Stay / Entertainment / Dining with the local culture and develop a dream leisure destination.

Ethiopia, a country with one of the richest histories on the African continent with its amazing carved obelisks, Christian festivals and relics, including the Ark of the Covenant. Lake Tana, source of blue Nile and the Great Rift Valley lakes, is home to flora and fauna.

The country’s culture and traditions dating back over 3000 years and over 80 different ethnic groups with their own language, culture and traditions. The strong religious setting, celebrations and festivals play an important part in every ones daily life.

The idea was to to conceive a space that enables reflections of natural vision and generates essence of appeal in a festive environment.
