The residential building is located in the 23rd district of Vienna on a park-like plot. About half of the plot is accessible as a garden for all inhabitants. All 20 apartments have spacious private outdoor areas with views into the green surrounding. The overhanging parts of the building and the attic are clad in larch wood. All roof surfaces are green. The heating demand of 20.6 kWh / m²a corresponds to the lowest energy housing standard. A large solar system on the roof delivers hot water from solar energy.
