The superstructure consists of two similar but not identical structures. The development comprises a total of 25 residential units and 1 comunity area. All apartments have at least one large balcony or terrace.

The environmental design reacts to the exposure and the topography. In the eastern area of ​​the perimeter, which is difficult to build due to the noise pollution from Dorfstrasse, a green filter made of trees and hedges is created, which in addition to the play and lounge areas also includes 17 outdoor parking spaces and access to the underground car park. A footpath leads along these designed areas from Dorfstrasse to Rebhaldenstrasse, from which the two can be accessed. All houses are accessible for wheelchairs.

The houses are planned as classic hybrid buildings. The circulation cores as well as the ceilings and inner walls are made of reinforced concrete or Masonry, the non-load-bearing facade is made of wood using the element construction method. The attic is completely made of wood (including interior walls). A wooden facade with windows being made of wood-metal defines the expression to the outside. The flat roof is extensively greened, with the exception of the positions occupied by technical building systems (solar collectors).
