When the project started it was a 55 year old building . All structures are updated, reinforced and redesigned

The building is designed in two general parts , ground floor cars showroom and upper floor administrative units.

The narrow parallel lights and orange color parts in showroom are designed to provide the feelings of power , motion , speed and dynamism but the official units with wood and solid parallel lines to separate spaces and corridors are supposed to make feels of confident and comfort.

As there was no place to open the showroom main door to out direction or opening to inner direction could waste too much space , we designed the door in the most efficiency way .it opens vertically for cars and horizontally for human without disturbing any other spaces.
