The existing 4600 SF house was built in 1959 & was very dated. My clients bought the house with the intent to heavily remodel both the interior & exterior, transforming it into a European style home based on their Portuguese background. Design details include hip roofs with sweeping eaves, arched dormers, a turret mud room entry, wrought iron Juliet balconies & copper finials.
