This is a spec house designed for a developer on a 2 acre lot in Greenwich. Amenities include a 2 story entry, formal living & dining rooms with fireplaces, state of the art kitchen with an adjacent breakfast area & family room, with a paneled library completing the first floor. The second floor consists of a master bedroom suite, 4 en-suite bedrooms & a second floor family room. A finished basement consists of a family room with a fireplace, game room, exercise room, bar area with an adjacent wine cellar and an additional 6th bedroom & bathroom. A 3 car garage on the left side of the house sits above a sport court underneath.
