This project is structured and complies with the search for sea views that allow the terrain. The living/dining room and kitchen are on the floor of the first floor, with an expansion terrace, the soul of the house, looking for the sea. The rooms are raised on the ground floor, connected to the garden and with an expansion gallery. Finally, the suite, at the top of the house, private, connected directly to the landscape.
