The AG house is located in Costa Esmeralda, private venture on the sand dunes of the Buenos Aires coast, 390 km from the city of Buenos Aires. The lot has the bottom bordering the golf course, where the best views are directed. The house is to enjoy on holidays where the whole family gathers: Parents with children and grandchildren.

The public area and the master suite are located on the ground floor and the children's bedrooms are on the upper floor. This allows that when the house is used only for marriage, it can work and be conditioned only on the ground floor, but when the children come, the upper floor is used, which has a certain independence and privacy from the rest of the house.

The volumetric composition of the house is generated from a turn of the upper floor, which allows access galleries in the front and use galleries to the bottom as well as an opening to the desired golf views. This turn also leads to a terrace on the ground floor which serves as a viewpoint with its own outdoor fireplace. On the side, privacy is generated from a volume of service materialized in stone that is closed to the neighbor.
