霍克尼在给别人的每封信里，都会在最后写上“热爱生活 大卫·霍克尼”作为结尾。2011 年，英国民众为 1000 位英国画家及雕塑家投票，最后，霍克尼成为了英国人心中“最具影响力的英国艺术家”。

In every letter Hockney sends to others, he will end with "Love Life, David Hockney" at the end. In 2011, the British people voted for 1,000 British painters and sculptors. In the end, Hockney became the "most influential British artist" in the hearts of the British.

花样年在重庆的开篇之作：花样年·霍克尼的好时光，在我们看来有两层含义，项目除了在美学层面的艺术诉求，更是清晰的传达了未来业主人群热爱生活的共同属性，而项目将为重庆呈现一个富有艺术基因，明快，美好、充满妙趣的生活场。

The opening work of Fantasia in Chongqing: Fantasia Hockney’s good times. In our opinion, there are two meanings. In addition to the aesthetic appeal of the project, the project clearly conveys the common love of life among the future owners. Property, and the project will present a lively, bright, beautiful and witty life full of artistic genes in Chongqing.

项目位于重庆西永片区，区域正值发展上升期，交通、教育、商业配套落地，并与 2600 多亩的生态公园相邻，因此，产品规划需要足够的前瞻性，更需要引领与独立的气质，就像霍克尼是一个艺术成就和个人魅力兼具的伟大艺术家。

The project is located in the Xiyong area of Chongqing. The area is in a period of rising development. The transportation, education, and commercial facilities are on the ground. It is adjacent to an ecological park of more than 2,600 acres. Therefore, product planning needs to be sufficiently forward-looking, and it needs to be leading and independent. Just like Hockney is a great artist with both artistic achievement and personal charm.

设计作为项目定位的第一解题者，从整体规划布局、居住组团内空间概念、住宅产品的专属性与建筑立面的艺术性等几方面来解构“霍克尼的好时光”。

As the first problem solver of the project positioning, the design deconstructs "Hockney’s Good Times" from several aspects such as the overall planning and layout, the concept of space in the residential group, the exclusiveness of residential products and the artistry of the building facade.

丰富的生活格局，独立又相融的边界关系

两级商业与商务配套，动静分区且融合，为未来生活提供品质保证。项目地块南侧与中部为居住组团，北侧为集中商业与商务区，为未来业主提供规模与品质的一级商业配套，开放式沿街商业配套从南向北串联起整个社区，作为第二级便利型生活配套，连接北侧城市公园，打造既独立又相融的城市与社区关系。

霍克尼在色彩上深受马蒂斯的影响，善于用色，且让人印象深刻。在长达 60 多年的艺术创作过程中，不仅深受毕加索立体主义的影响，甚至还深受中国多点透视的画作方法影响，不仅在创作手法上兼收并蓄，也在创作材料上广泛应用宝利来照片，PS 技术及 iPad 用来创作，从而使他作品的艺术生命力从未见颓势。

Hockney is deeply influenced by Matisse in color, and he is good at using color, and it is impressive. In the process of artistic creation that lasted for more than 60 years, he was not only deeply influenced by Picasso’s Cubism, but also deeply influenced by Chinese painting methods of multi-point perspective. Not only did he have an eclectic approach to creation, but also widely used Polaroid in creative materials. 受此启发，在居住组团中，楼栋间充分合理的空间尺度，多样性的围合空间，为景观带来丰富的自然色彩，并在四季变换中为居住者体验庭院之美提供最大可能。

Inspired by this, in the residential cluster, the sufficient and reasonable spatial scale between the buildings and the diversified enclosed space can bring rich natural colors to the landscape and provide the greatest possibility to experience the beauty of the courtyard in the changing seasons.

用直接的线条去刻画建筑立面

霍克尼是绘画技法娴熟的画家，但他相对于油画的涂绘，更钟情于用简洁、直接明朗的笔触去刻画和表达，去创造画面的节奏感。

在建筑的外立面设计中，大量使用圆角曲线与直线，节奏变化，致敬直率与纯朴。

Hockney is a skilled painter, but he prefers simple, direct and clear brushstrokes to depict and express, to create a sense of rhythm in the picture, compared to the painting of oil paintings. In the design of the facade of the building, a large number of rounded curves and straight lines are used, and the rhythm changes, paying tribute to the straightforwardness and simplicity.

匠心设计细节 Ingenious design details

产品设计上，我们发挥场地自身的特征，最大化利用 35%的建筑密度，通过层层退台的方式创造出户户有露台的私享空间，营造花园别墅的空间场景。

In product design, we give full play to the site’s own characteristics, maximize the use of 35% of the building density, and create private spaces with terraces in each household by stepping back to create the spatial scene of a garden villa.

转角结构的处理上，与工程师一起历经多次的现场打样实验，最终确定了内直外弧形的模具方案，既能够保证立面曲面的延续性，又不影响室内空间的正常使用。

In the treatment of the corner structure, we have gone through many on-site proofing experiments together with the project, and finally determined the inner straight and outer arc mold plan, which can ensure the continuity of the facade surface without affecting the normal use of the indoor space.

通过对重庆当地市场的调研，结合地缘的天气因素对建筑的影响、雨水和粉尘对外立面侵蚀的程度，我们提出了墙面防流挂的技术策略：增加金属披水腰线的处理。不仅能够长久地维护建筑立面观感，同时也纳入立面元素体系，增添趣味与层次。

选用优雅白真石漆和典雅灰质感涂料，同时在窗的收口处配以 20mm 黑色金属漆勾缝，提升建筑精致度和材料的高级感。

Through the investigation of the local market in Chongqing, combined with the influence of geo-weather factors on the building and the degree of erosion of the external facade by rain and dust, we proposed a technical strategy to prevent wall sagging: increase the treatment of the metal drape line. It can not only maintain the facade look and feel of the building for a long time, but also incorporate the facade element system to add interest and level.Choose elegant white real stone paint and elegant gray texture paint, and at the same time, use 20mm black metallic paint at the closing of the window to increase the architectural sophistication and high-level sense of materials.

首层入户檐口悬挑达 2 米，采用了工艺复杂的古铜色双曲面铝板进行制作，同时采用石材（葡萄牙米黄）进行组合，这种色彩温暖、质感温和、外观天然的搭配，极大提升了入户大堂的品质气质、以及住户归属感。

The entrance cornice on the first floor is cantilevered up to 2 meters. It is made of a bronze hyperboloid aluminum plate with complex craftsmanship. At the same time, it is combined with stone (Portuguese beige). This combination of warm colors, mild texture, and natural appearance greatly improves the quality of the entrance lobby and the sense of belonging of the residents.

在大面的山墙处理上，分隔尺度采用 2:3:5:8:13 的斐波那契数列，即黄金比，为客户创造经典的美学享受。

In the treatment of the large gable wall, the separation scale adopts the Fibonacci sequence of 2:3:5:8:13, that is, the golden ratio, which creates classic aesthetic enjoyment for customers.

与艺术家共鸣 Resonate with the artist

房子大概是生活形态最具体的表达了，选择住在哪里，什么样的社区环境与邻里关系，在什么样的厅堂起居，这样就搭建起了自己所向往的生活。而每一个社区在规划营造之初，设想人们会如何在这个家园里生生不息，为他们开怎样的窗，铺怎样的路，种怎样的树……

The house is probably the most concrete expression of the life style. Choose where to live, what kind of community environment and neighbor relationship, what kind of hall to live in, just like this, I build my longing for life. At the beginning of the planning and construction of each community, imagine how people will live in this home, what kind of windows, what kind of roads, and what kind of trees to plant...

所以，是社区选择了他的生活人群，还是人们选择了城市的地段和房子，从来不是单向的，而是互有灵犀与契合，就像我们在艺术作品中与艺术家共鸣。

Therefore, it is the community who chooses the people who live in him, or the people who choose the location and house of the city. It is never one-way, but is in harmony with each other, just like we resonate with the artist in our works of art.
