Living by the lake follows the theme concept of “A Lakeside Residence in Spring Breeze” in the demonstration area. We bring the nature into our life and integrate art into the inhabitant residence. Everywhere, as far as your eyes can reach, you see just wonderful views and idyllic sceneries.

精致|优雅 揽湖而居，引水入园。汲取浙江水文化特质，对水形态进行现代演绎。自然|写意 注重自然生态，以现代的手法再现写意山水。干净|纯粹 简洁的线条营造干净纯粹的景观空间。

Exquisiteness | Elegance live by and with water. Understand the characteristics of the water culture in Zhejiang to interpret the shapes of water in modern ways. 归家时遇林，林深处见鹿。鹿鸣呦呦，隐没在园路的尽头。让你归家路上的每一步风景，都隐藏着彩蛋与惊喜。

I see a forest on my way home and a deer in the forest, singing at the end of the road. Every step taking me home, unfolds surprises and wonders.
