基地位于苏州吴江开发区，距离常台高速仅约 800 米，基地南侧靠近庞金路站和同里站双地铁口，交通便利。周边教育资源、景观资源丰富且社区配套设施完善。

The base is located in Wujiang Development Zone of Suzhou, which is only 800 meters away from Chang-Tai Expressway. The south side of the base is close to pangjin Road station and Tongli Station. Surrounding educational resources, landscape resources and community supporting facilities.

苏州沿江临海，是著名的水城，" 君到姑苏见，人家尽枕河，古宫闲帝少，小桥水巷多"。水既是苏州的生命之源，也是苏州文化的发生和发展之流。设计溯源传统吴文化，用现代手法演绎传统生活美学。

Suzhou is a famous water city along the river and the sea.  Water is not only the source of suzhou's life, but also the origin and development of Suzhou culture. The design traces back to the traditional Wu culture and deduces the traditional life aesthetics with modern techniques.

设计将古典园林中的花窗元素提取演绎，形成入口的特色景墙屏风。仪式景墙和尊享门头营造归家的第一礼序空间，奠定尊贵品质感受。墙前的涌泉又为整个空间注入几分活力，使空间不会太严肃。

The design extracts and deduces the flower window elements in the classical garden to form the characteristic view wall screen at the entrance. The ritual landscape wall and the head of the VIP door create the first ritual order space for returning home, laying the noble quality feeling. The fountain in front of the wall injects some vitality into the whole space, making the space not too serious.

回归最简洁的直线线型，营造最纯净的景观感受。一条平步连桥横跨南北，两边是镜面水池和层级绿化。水木交织，意境悠远，又没有一点多余的装饰，整个空间平和舒适。

Return to the most concise linear lines to create the purest landscape feeling. A horizontal step bridge across the north and south, on both sides of the mirror pool and level of green. Water and wood interweave, artistic conception is far away, and there is no redundant decoration, the whole space is peaceful and comfortable.

以《姑苏繁华图》为蓝本，将书卷气质、院落格局、园林韵味相融，打造苏式漫生活、雅奢新东方的意境生活。

The design is based on the prosperous picture of Gusu. Blend the temperament of books, courtyard pattern and garden charm to create a Suzhou-style carefree life and elegant and luxurious new Oriental artistic conception life.

光影连廊将空间划分，一半是精致推敲的漫生活书吧，畅游书海，尽享品质生活；一半是舒缓静谧的蒙德里安花园，林间游走，忘却城市喧嚣烦恼。

The corridor of light and shadow will divide the space, half of which is exquisite and thoughtful diffuse life book bar, enjoy the book sea, enjoy the quality of life; The other half is the soothing and tranquil Mondrian Garden, where you wander through the trees and forget the troubles of the city.

一径入幽，原始生态的自然气息在空间延续，沉浸式鲜氧生态环境，拓展视觉延续性的同时，营造空间美感，令人沉浸于当下与未来生活的对话中。

A path into the deep and quiet, the natural atmosphere of the original ecology continues in the space, immersive fresh oxygen ecological environment, expand the visual continuity at the same time, create space beauty, people immersed in the dialogue between the present and the future life.

从功能出发，复合空间明亮的色彩搭配，带来亲自然的健康感受；另一边的预留场地，也为可能需要的营销活动提供充足空间，满足未来不同人群的使用需求。

Starting from the function, the bright color collocation of the compound space brings a healthy feeling close to nature. The reserved space on the other side also provides sufficient space for marketing activities that may be needed to meet the needs of different groups in the future.

细节品质——典雅入口

入口处对景景墙，提取苏州园林的花窗元素，整面景墙由1980块转印木纹技术做成的定制砖组合而成。施工过程中主要难点在于花砖景墙的工艺制作、比例控制、以及安装方式。通过甲方团队、设计师多次奔赴现场与施工队进行技术讨论，最终确定以转印木纹技术制作花砖单体。金属格栅通过结构胶黏贴，采用竖向金属条压横向金属条的方式固定，从而保证金属条位置的准确性，控制花砖竖向设计效果。

The landscape wall facing the entrance is made of 1980 pieces of custom bricks made with wood grain technology. In the construction process, the main difficulty lies in the process of making tile landscape wall, proportion control, and installation method. Owner's team and designers went to the site for technical discussions with the construction team for many times, and finally determined to make tile monomer by transferring wood grain technology. The metal grating is pasted by structural adhesive and fixed by vertical metal strip pressing horizontal metal strip, so as to ensure the accuracy of metal strip position and control the vertical design effect of tile.

匠心营造——书吧廊架

场地西侧书吧廊架的工艺是该项目另一个难点，为解决书吧亚克力与钢板框架之间怎么衔接和固定的问题，多专业协调沟通，最终将亚克力采用螺栓固定在钢板上，达到满意效果。

In order to solve the problem of how to connect and fix the acrylic and steel plate frame of the book bar, we coordinated and communicated with multiple professionals, and finally fixed the acrylic on the steel plate with bolts to achieve satisfactory results.

景观设计的目标是现代与精奢，将姑苏气质、园林在传统文化元素基础上，融合现代审美，用现代手法演绎，尊贵奢享的归家仪式、精奢雅致的细节格调、艺术文化的主题场景、悦享放松的生活剧场汇聚于此，充分诠释品质追求的未来健康生活畅享。
