案为小区一楼赠地下室的复式空间，如何提高地下空间的利用率采光率是我们思考的重点。

我们把北面楼梯间改到了朝南空间，并且做成了一字型的悬浮楼梯，

原本不大的餐厅因为楼梯间的改动增加了很大面积，并且可以拥有大型岛台的开放式厨房

，

地下空间也因为楼梯的设计增加了很多自然光线，并且在

不同的时间段呈现不同的光影效果。

This case is a compound space for the basement on the first floor of the community. 

How to improve the utilization rate of the underground space and daylighting rate is the focus of our thinking. We changed the north stairwell to a south-facing space, and made a one-shaped suspended staircase. The underground space also added a lot of natural light due to the design of the staircase, and presented different light and shadow effects at different time periods.

地下空间的公共区域现在已变成日常与聚会利用率最高的地方。

The public area of the underground space has now become the most frequently used 

place for daily and gatherings.

空间的

质感，形式，材料，光与影的变幻…所有要素汇集在一起，就形成了表达空间的品质或精神。

也是我们想要表达的简约空间的情绪。

The texture, form, material, light and shadow of the space...

all the elements come together to form the quality or spirit of expressing the space.

It is also the emotion of a simple space that we want to express.
