黑白灰小空间丨北城梁筑设计

这个项目是套内面积不到70㎡的小户型，但是这个设计效果堪称小空间内的设计风格典范，干净利落的黑白色搭配浅灰色瓷砖，把空间三个大色块分割的非常干净。色彩颜色鲜明的艺术画起到了点睛之笔，让中间不再沉闷，宝格丽的石材给空间增加了一丝高级感。

This project is a small apartment with an area of less than 70 ㎡, but the design effect can be called a model of the design style in a small space. The clean black and white color and light gray tiles divide the three large color blocks of the space very clean. The art paintings with bright colors play a finishing touch, making the middle no longer dull. The pool of Bulgari adds a sense of advanced to the space.

业主在和设计师沟通中发现非常喜欢中古风的家具组合，于是在空间搭配了许多经典的家具组合，REVERS CHAIR  飘带椅  / MINOTTI 沙发等组合形式，其余空间装饰均是为家具作完美衬托。

During the communication with the designer, the owner found that he liked the combination of antique furniture very much, so he matched many classic furniture combinations in the space, such as revers chair / Minotti sofa, and the rest of the space decoration was a perfect foil for the furniture.

厨房侧面高柜做法将推拉门隐藏其中，平时在使用后可完全开放，让空间和公共空间和为一体使用感提升.原本是过道的空间加入储物柜，方便后期卫生间内的储物放置在外面。也间接的阻挡了厨房和次卧之间的直接对门。

The high cabinet on the side of the kitchen hides the sliding door, which can be fully opened after use, so that the space and public space can be integrated and the sense of use can be improved The storage cabinet was added to the space originally in the corridor to facilitate the storage in the toilet to be placed outside. It also indirectly blocks the direct door between the kitchen and the second bedroom.

阳台纳入到客厅后空间完全被释放出来，增加了小朋友的秋千，阳台和客厅的互动关系让亲子关系得到一个很好的缓冲。阳台也不再是只是用来晾晒衣物的一个空间了，由于烘干机的存在能够解决关于晾晒的大部分问题，完美释放了阳台的空间。

After the balcony is incorporated into the living room, the space is completely released, adding children's swings. The interactive relationship between the balcony and the living room provides a good buffer for the parent-child relationship. The balcony is no longer just a space for drying clothes. Because the existence of the dryer can solve most of the problems about drying, the space of the balcony is perfectly released.

餐桌边上还配备了立面展示架，把原本拐角的过道空间利用起来。客餐厅的完整性极大提升了空间使用的舒适程度。

The table is also equipped with an elevation display stand to make use of the corridor space at the original corner. The integrity of the guest restaurant greatly improves the comfort of space use.

小孩房内原本是两间卧室均太小，现合并为一整间套间形式，预留的书房和卧室之间还是有一个口袋门，万一长辈需要来家里逗留几日也还是可以分隔出一个小间来满足居住需求。在平时的使用过程内完全可以变身为小孩房的娱乐空间。

The two bedrooms in the children's room were originally too small, but now they are merged into a whole suite. There is still a pocket door between the reserved study and the bedroom. In case the elders need to stay at home for a few days, they can still separate a small room to meet the living needs. It can be transformed into an entertainment space for children's room during normal use.

主卧空间内的飘窗台面是不能拆除的，原本想利用的空间就被压缩到只能放下床铺和一个小的梳妆台了，黑色背景墙连接到飘窗后界定了层高关系，原本外机空调位也被利用起来做了储物空间，刚好脱缝后形成框景。

The window top in the master bedroom cannot be removed. The space originally intended to be used is compressed to only put down the bed and a small dressing table. The black background wall is connected to the window to define the floor height relationship. The original air-conditioning space of the external unit is also used as a storage space, and the frame view is just formed after the seam is broken.

一贯采用的亚光素色砖让空间更安静，悬挂式马桶和嵌入式花洒目前好像是市场标配。在使用方便的同时也是最美观的一种方式。

The consistently used matte plain bricks make the space more quiet. The hanging toilet and embedded shower seem to be the market standard at present. It is convenient to use and the most beautiful way.
