生活的冷暖并不取决于空间的尺度和色彩

而是家人的远近

This 1500 square meter city villa is quietly located in the green shade of the waterfront park. The FEN+design team draws inspiration from Bashra’s home philosophy, writes about the urban residence of family life, and implicitly expresses the temperature and poetry of home with daily life as a clue and emotion as a yardstick.

这幢 1500 平米的城市美墅，安静地坐落在滨水公园的绿荫里。FEN+设计团队从巴什拉的家宅哲学中提取灵感，落笔于家族生活的都市住居，以日常为线索，以情感为尺度，含蓄地表达着家的温度与诗意。

In order to facilitate the family gathering and improve the comfort of living, the designer divided the dynamic and static areas, expanded the function and area of the activity area, and made some adjustments to the original house type.

为了方便家族亲友聚会，提升居住的舒适度，设计师将动静分区，并扩展了活动区的功能和面积，对原户型做了部分调整。

The designer changed the original space of the basement swimming pool into a family activity space such as a video room, a reading room, a leisure hall and a gym; At the same time, he removed a staircase from the basement to the ground garage. In addition to better layout of the nanny room and laundry, this practice also makes the closed ground garage become a landscape tea room with independent toilet and double side French windows.

首先将原来地下室泳池的空间变更为影音室、阅读室、休闲厅和健身房等家庭活动空间；其次去掉了一部地下室到地上车库的楼梯，除了能更好地布置保姆房和洗衣房位置，也让封闭的地上车库变成了带独立卫生间，拥有双面落地窗的景观茶室。

The activity area occupies nearly 800 square meters of indoor space and 300 square meters of garden on the first floor and the basement. The design opens up the space for the warm interaction of family life around the life axis.

活动区占据一楼和地下一层将近 800 平米的室内空间和 300 平米的花园。设计着意让空间打开，围绕生活轴线进行家庭生活的温情互动。

The activity area occupies nearly 800 square meters of indoor space and 300 square meters of garden on the first floor and the basement. The design opens up the space for the warm interaction of family life around the life axis. The large-area French windows and glass sliding doors blur the boundary of the space, eliminating the barrier between indoor and outdoor; The open space and natural texture make life free and warm. Thanks to the abundant natural lighting and the courtyard landscape changing in the four seasons, simple design language can also bring rich space experience.

大面积的落地窗和玻璃移门模糊了空间的边界，消除室内和室外之间的阻隔；开放的空间和自然的肌理，为生活披上了自由而温暖的外衣。得益于充沛的自然采光和四季变化的庭院景观，简洁的设计语言亦能带来丰富的空间体验。

In this home, the layout of furniture and accessories comes not only from aesthetics and inspiration, but also from the designer’s observation and understanding of the owner’s family life. The number and shape of sofa seats, the size and position of tables and side tables are all based on the number of family members and the state of the party.

在这个家中，家具和配饰的布置不仅来自于美学和灵感，更源自于设计师对业主家庭生活的观察和理解。沙发座椅的数量和形态，桌子和边几的尺寸与位置，都基于这个家庭成员的数量与聚会的状态。

The rich functional spaces on the first floor and the basement use real space strokes to outline a comfortable life: chatting, drinking tea, eating, tasting wine, enjoying flowers, reading, watching movies, fitness, and bathing.

而一楼与地下一层丰富的功能空间，则用真实的空间笔触，勾勒出惬意的生活轮廓：闲谈、饮茶、用餐、品酒、赏花、阅读、观影、健身、康沐……

The open layout makes this home extremely free and comfortable. Entering the house from the gate on the first floor underground, behind the porch is a landscape of glass perspective, and a stretched elm tree emerges from the atrium lighting well, presenting a landscape of changing seasons. The line of sight penetrates the atrium and extends to the north garden and courtyard wall.

开放性的布局让这个家变得分外的自由和舒适。从地下一楼大门入户，玄关背后是一方落地玻璃透视的风景，一棵舒展的榆树从中庭采光井冒出头来，呈现四季变化的风景。而视线穿透中庭，可以一直延申到北花园和院墙。

The three floor to ceiling windows of the guest dining room allow the sunlight to enter and exit freely, and the space will jump out of the natural rhythm in the light and shadow changes.

客餐厅三面落地窗让阳光自由地出入，空间就在这光影变化中跃动出自然的韵律。

△敞开的空间

The most important thing is that the open space opens people’s perspective of connection, so that families can look after each other, so that elders and children can always maintain a sense of security, a kind of home temperature rises naturally.

最重要的是，敞开的空间打开了人的关联视野，让家人之间可以彼此看顾，让长辈和孩子之间始终保持着安全感，一种家的温度自然升腾。

The restaurant on the first floor enjoys a large garden in the northwest with a wide view, and the adjacent kitchen is comfortable. Under the [Light Cube] chandelier, it is a round table for 12 people to eat comfortably, meeting the dining needs of family brothers and elders.

一楼餐厅独享西北的大花园，视野开阔，相邻的则是厨房，尺度舒适。在【光立方】吊灯下，是一张可以供 12 人舒适就餐的圆餐桌，满足了家族兄弟和长辈们的宴饮需求。

The independent island platform in the restaurant is not only a place for breakfast, but also a table for children at family banquets.

餐厅内独立的岛台不仅是早餐的场所，也可以成为家庭宴会时孩子们的就餐桌。

The marble material of the stair tread is consistent with the ground, continuing the main tone of the space. The black handrails outline a strong and fashionable line, and the raindrop type chandeliers run through the fourth floor space, leading people to different floors.

楼梯踏步的大理石材质与地面保持一致，延续了空间的主基调。黑色的扶手勾勒出硬朗而时尚的线条，雨滴式的吊灯贯穿四层空间，引导着人走向不同的楼层。

Overlooking the courtyard from the upstairs, the water flowing in the east vestibule plays a natural melody, while the undulating water reflects the pine trees and the blue sky. In the garden of the inner courtyard, cherry blossoms are flying in the wind, blowing the tenderness of a tree.

从楼上俯瞰自家的庭院，东侧前庭的水波流淌的动态奏响自然的旋律，而波动的水面倒影着青松和蓝天。内庭的花园里，樱花迎风飞舞，吹起一树的温柔。

The master bedroom suite on the third floor has two terraces in the north and south, which can provide a panoramic view of the city. Of course, the south terrace is the private space of the host, while the north terrace is a place for outdoor parties. The part of the suite near the stairs is designed with independent study and living area, which can be used as the transition area of dynamic and static zones.

三楼的主卧套房自带南北两个露台，可以纵览城市风光。当然，南侧的露台是主人的私属空间，而北侧的大露台则是可以在聚会时作为露天派对的场所。套房靠近楼梯部分设计了独立的书房和起居区，可以作为动静分区的过度区域。

Open the door of the bedroom. First, separate the north and south bathrooms and cloakrooms, and then go inside. Select neutral gray veneer and fabric in the sleeping area to deliver a quiet, relaxed and warm atmosphere.

推开卧室的门，首先是分立南北的卫生间和衣帽间，再往里走，卧床区选择中性灰度的饰面和织物，传递宁静、轻松、温馨的氛围。

There are three suites on the second floor: son room, daughter room and one guest room. The living area outside the room can be flexibly changed. When the family gathers guests, it can be arranged as a sleeping space for children.

二楼有三个套房：儿子房、女儿房和一个客房。房间外的起居区可以灵活的变动，当家族聚会留客的时候，这里可以安排作为孩子们留寝的空间。

Life is real. As long as family members can be together, the happiness and joy will not be measured by the size of the room. What people care about is the distance between their hearts.

生活是本真的，家人之间只要能在一起，那种欢愉和快乐，是不会用房间的大小去衡量的，人们在乎的，只有彼此间心的距离。

Bashra 在《空间的诗学》中描述道：“房子是一种强大的融合力量，它融合了人们的思想、记忆和梦想。”但设计师认为，房子最根本的是让家庭团聚。“我们在房子里，房子也陪伴着我们。”

巴什拉在《空间诗学》中描述，“家宅是一种强大的融合力量，把人的思想、回忆和梦融合在一起。”但设计师认为，家宅最根本的，是让家人聚到一起，“我们在家屋之中，家屋也在我们之内。”
