△里院平面布局演变

传统的里院围合了坊间的安定和谐，也启发了空间构架的抽象形态。

将里院建筑平面延伸演变，纵横、主次、动静、虚实，回顾其间，是抖落不掉的故城旧忆，是拂之不去的原乡思念。

The traditional courtyard encloses the stability and harmony of the workshop, and also inspires the abstract form of the spatial structure.

Extending and evolving the building plan of the courtyard, it is straightforward, strict, vertical and horizontal, primary and secondary, dynamic, static, virtual and real.

Looking back on it, it is the old memory of the old city that cannot be shaken off, and the memory of the hometown that can not be removed.

CHAPTER 01

匆匆

岁月

琳琅，

尘封的老船舵，

逗留的煤油灯，

窗格后梳妆倩影……

匆匆独白漾起

青岛记忆

的涟漪，

触动内心的情怀。

The dusty old rudder, the kerosene lamp lingering...

the old objects on the wall, quiet, beautiful,

without losing the smoke and fire of the world,

like the old film of the old time,

hurriedly monopolizing the memory of Qingdao,

and the imprints left by the time passing by.

CHAPTER 02

追光

明媚的温暖流淌于指尖，写下岁月的诗篇，眼眸里盛着淼淼的蓝，洞悉此间无限的生灵，仿佛历经了一场光束满布的旅行。

The bright warmth is flowing at the fingertips, writing the poems of the years, and the eyes are full of blue, insight into the infinite creatures here, as if they have experienced a light-filled travel.

庭院里的树荫遮住了夏天，

空间的光影穿越了漫漫长河，

在耳畔呢喃那年树下的老故事。

The shade of the trees in the courtyard shaded the summer,

and the light and shadow of the space crossed the long river,

whispering old stories under the trees in that year.

木板雕刻的青岛环海地图嵌在镜面上，摹刻了砖瓦对涛声的礼赞。光影流动，如一碧万顷的波澜在摇动。海岸的轮廓隐在绿树丛中，蔓延起伏，迤逦迷蒙。The wood-carved map of Qingdao around the sea is embedded on the mirror surface, and the light and shadow flow, like waves of blue sky shaking. The outline of the coast is hidden among the green trees, spreading undulating and misty.

阳光如断了线的珠子，

散落进各个缝隙，

遥远的风传来

孩子的唱笑和沧桑老人唱出的歌谣，

穿街过巷，

覆上时间的外衣，

渐渐地幻成

脑海中记忆。

The sun is like a broken line of beads,

scattered into every crevices,

the distant wind spread children singing

and singing songs of the vicissitudes of the old man,

through the streets and lanes,

on the coat of time,

gradually unreal into the memory in my mind.

CHAPTER 03

入海

以浅白着色绘大海，帆船排布寓动于静，扁舟来往递送着熙攘纷繁，交织古今，欢唱这场繁华的盛景。Drawingthe seawith lig h t white color,the sailboat arran g ement is moving in the static,the boat is delivering the bustling numerous and complicated,interweaving the ancient and the modern,singing the prosperous scene.

流线装饰线条，带来近海的韵律与回声，天连水，水连天，潮起潮落间呼啸着水天相接的辽阔。

Streamlines decorate the lines, bringing the rhythm and echo of the offshore, the sky connects the water, the water connects the sky, and the vast expanse of water and sky is howling between the ebb and flow of the tides.

天花折射绰约的倒影，露润在空气里，分享朝气蓬勃的温情，营造敞亮、亲和、开放的里院氛围，呵护着人们自然的亲近与安全感。

Smallpox reflects the graceful reflection,

dew in the air, share the vigorous warmth,

create a bright, friendly and open courtyard atmosphere,

and care for people’s natural closeness and security.

CHAPTER 04

寻梦

晴柔的阳光温暖醺人，蒲扇舒缓摆动。生命旅程的相册，每一页都有别样的风景，每一篇都有异样的情愫。Sunny and soft sunshine warms people, Pushan gently swings. photo album of life journey, every page has different scenery, every article has different feelings.

躲在时光里遐想，

呼吸着丛林深处的葱郁，

从秘境中游回，

在当下的光影中寻觅止境，

寻找无限的新生和锐意。

Hiding in the time reverie,

breathing the lushness of the jungle,

swimming back from the secret place,

looking for the end in the current light and shadow,

looking for infinite rebirth and determination.

把阳光沏入咖啡，醇香肆意穿过书架，随着一段文字走入另一片天地，回看眼前生花娇艳，悄然伫立，静默悠然。The sun into the coffee,mellow wantonly through the bookshelf,with a passage of text into another world,look back at the flowers in front of you,quietly standing,quiet and leisurely.

CHAPTER 05

归途

一级台阶封锁着一段

旧港往事，

在时光的维度里拾级而上，

感悟

定格时空

的心灵震撼。

One step blocks a section of the past of the old port,

and ascends in the dimension of time,

feeling the spiritual shock of fixed time and space.

纳入深溟的万千物象，光怪陆离的海底生物，在童趣盎然的游戏之间翻转轮回。The myriad images of Shenming and the bizarre creatures on the bottom of the sea are brought into play, and the reincarnation is reversed between the games full of children’s interest.

悬垂的浮灯揽下昊天星辰，仰观日月，俯看苍苔，从时光的尽头打量，在喧嚣与岑寂间回归。

The hanging floating lamp holds the stars in the sky, looks up at the sun and the moon, looks down at the moss, looks at it from the end of time, and returns between the noise and the silence.

海水的呼啸，是深山里一万个瀑布声，历经万川归海始觉潮生，将澎湃封存在沉静淡然的岁月里，书写诗行。The roar of the sea is the sound of ten thousand waterfalls in the deep mountains. After thousands of rivers returning to the sea, I feel the tide, seal the surging in the quiet years, and write poems.

绿意攀谈格栅，邻里的热闹琐碎盎然活泼，传达和谐共济的居住理念，和简约、明晰、诚恳、直接的人生哲学。

Green talk grid, the neighborhood lively trivial, full of lively, convey the concept of harmonious living, and simple, clear, sincere, direct philosophy of life.

敞明透亮的落地窗，把更广阔的空间纳入视界，打开心中的澄澈意趣。The open and transparent French windows bring a broader space into the vision and open the clear interest in the heart.

在鳞次栉比的现代化高楼大厦的映衬下，

里院用一种通透的纯真打量着时代。

时光的胶片匆匆独白，

海风拂过依旧，

几代人的成长记忆延续，

焕发更鲜活的邻里融情的丰盈生命力。

Against the backdrop of row upon row of modern high-rise buildings,

the courtyard looks at the times with a kind of transparent innocence.

The film monologue of time is in a hurry,

the sea breeze is still blowing,

the growth memory of generations continues,

and the vitality of neighborhood harmony is more vivid.

CHAPTER 06

彩蛋

设计师的天马行空

项目地位于青岛的老城区，这里藏着老青岛人的记忆，“谁家包了饺子，邻里都分一份，谁家有了困难，都伸一把手”，里院在现代化进程中逐渐残破，但温暖的人情督促我们让它重焕生机。丘陵地形造成的坡地，恰恰给了我们想象的空间，垂直社区的概念跳了出来。

CONCEPT

01 艺|术|博|物|馆|人与人之间亲密的互动

△总体规划设想

缓步台阶引导进入，中央广场地面错落的小圆点星罗棋布，或高低参差的小圆凳，或散落地面的装饰，增加了互动的趣味性。方盒子落入广场，形成一个半开放的空间，晴日遮阴，雨天也可观棋听雨，闲适与惬意都在其中。角落帆船元素打造的小广场，满足小型音乐会等功能。再向内，临窗一排艺术化公共座椅供人休憩。与前场不同，后场与之对应的白色圆点高高撑起，像一张张大伞，建筑隔开前后场，自由冒险的年轻人可以在这里乐享滑板，而不用担心会撞到老人或幼童。

垂直社区，如同一个综合体——集合品牌展示、手工制作坊、慢生活文创、咖啡吧、物料陈列馆、绿植墙、儿童乐园昆虫王国等于一体。

不同主题场景的社区生活，是城市生活的生动缩影，多元化的趣味体验，丰富了这座充满人情味的国际都市。

总体规划设想

梁思成说里院是融合东西方多种文化观念于一体的建筑艺术巨制。

以老城区德式建筑群为灵感，结合玻璃幕墙，打造现代时尚的建筑气场。

景观台改在斜坡的高处，充分利用地势，掏空下层空间，成为上下两层，结合下沉广场进行功能分区。休闲阶梯、休闲长廊、休闲草坪、单车停放、零售快餐、户外活动等集合于一体。

仿佛回到了那个摇着蒲扇纳凉话家常的里院。

△对室内的设想

商业集合店的模式功能布局，高度概括空间。老城区活动空间有限，社区这一概念带动周边居民聚集这里，再续里院情怀，以一种古老与现代结合的新姿态继续诉说着它的故事。
