本案是四层联排别墅，地上三层再加上地下室与户外花园。

男主人感性、沉稳、质朴、喜茶如青山；女主人理性、干练、热情、柔和如阳光。

This case is a four-story townhouse.Three floors above ground,plus basement and outdoor garden.

男女主人的人格品质完美融合

杯盘皆备，浅酌慢饮

双人一茶，高谈阔论

这就是生活平凡而美好的样子

客餐厅

采用新中式和现代元素打造整体空间风格，把东方美学用现代简约的手法演绎，将传统的优雅与现代时尚相结合。

Adopt new Chinese style and modern elements to create the overall space style. Interpret oriental aesthetics with modern and simple methods.

局部经多次与业主沟通后，将空间整体色系定位于自然、沉稳、温暖。以木色和暖灰色为主基调，局部采用知性、优美的亮色和重色系进行点缀。

餐区

主色调为空间带来沉稳，而辅色调活跃了空间氛围。在深与浅，冷与暖之间做到了平衡。Balance between deep and shallow, cold and warm。

茶室

在设计之初，男女主人都想要一个明亮的茶室空间。我们在设计阶段就考虑到了采光。

Host and hostess want a bright teahouse space. We took lighting into account at the design stage.

茶室

在前院做了下沉式采光窗，借用了后院车库的光线，让半地下室的茶室空间有了通透明亮的效果，解决了空间的采光和通风功能。

Made a sunken lighting window in the front yard，Borrowed the light from the backyard garage，Solved the lighting and ventilation functions of the space。

卧室

把卧室作为生命体

尊重其独立个性的开放空间

用木饰面背景与皮质硬包进行组合

Take the bedroom as a living body.Open space that respects its independent personality.

亲肤透气的天然棉麻面料

皮质的奢与自然的棉

那是材质与朴素之间的相互辉映

Leather luxury and natural cotton

That is the mutual reflection between material and simplicity
