水岸舞曲 Waterfront Dance 浙东宁波城，自古与水相伴而生。流水是灵动的启示，是顺应天地的智慧。撰文 | TLXD、陈奋 摄影 | 金像视觉

地理位置：

在自然天成、三面环水的钱湖岛屿上，

一座英式伯顿宅邸，

再现古老大不列颠的庄园式生活。

岛居的安逸雅致与后花园般的舒适恬静，

在徐徐展开并演绎。

On a natural island surrounded by water on three sides,

an English Burton House recreates the manor-style life of Great Britain.

外观

拱形的门廊优雅尊贵，延展出古典设计语言，汇和着纯粹深远的栖居理想。

the round-arched porch creates an elegant and dignified living atmosphere.

水舞律动，移步异景。

楼梯

沿着门厅寻光而入

黑白主调的旋转楼梯

无声地诉说着时光流转

明暗交织中牵动着情绪的转折

The revolving staircase in black and white speaks silently of the flow of time and the interweaving of light and darkness moves the turn of emotions.

楼梯细节

楼梯奠定出井然有序的空间秩序，视觉与功能在此交汇，组成家中的环游动线，起伏、回旋、萦绕间瞥见生活真意。

The viewer’s vision and the function of space intersect here and the staircase is the circulatory line of the home.

过厅

艺术过厅配以不同形态、色彩的座椅或沙发。

落座、观画、交谈，承载、容纳，连接家中的每个个体。

Each floor of the art gallery is equipped with different forms and colors of seats or sofas.

灯光装置

灯光装置如静止的水滴

自上而下悬浮于拾级而上的目光

表达空间无限的包容与融合

The light installation from the top down is like a still water drop suspended in the gaze of picking up the steps, extending the infinite inclusion and integration of space.

水花雕塑

溅起的水花雕塑定格出家的艺术气息，与周围的自然景观形成视觉和听觉的通感，谱写水岸舞曲的韵律。

The splashing water sculpture frames the artistic atmosphere of the home, forming a visual and auditory sense of communication with the surrounding natural landscape.

古典秩序 现代生活

客厅全景

超千平的独栋尺度

北进门、南花园

由地下一层、地上三层的结构组成

The scale of the single building of over 1,000 square meters separates the north entrance and south garden, and the building structure is one floor underground and three floors above ground.

室内空间

设计师以古典线条叠加圆拱形门洞，缔造出生活空间的节奏与韵律。

The designer superimposed the circular arch doorway with classical lines to create the rhythm and rhythm of the space

空间局部

理性的秩序是生活的感性

居住空间如一件贴身的衣服

是屋主个性气质与生活调性的外化

当情感作为空间的底色

家超出了功能层面的需求

同时被赋予人的灵魂

When emotion is the base color of the space

the home goes beyond the functional level

of demand and is given a human soul

客餐厅

一楼是客餐厅和两个卧室套房。

公共与私密分明的动线，将生活服务区分立南北两侧。

The first floor is a living-dining room and two bedroom suites with simple and clear lines of activity.

背景＆屏风

电视背景墙围合出客厅的边界，组合拓展了视域范围。

艺术屏风仿佛倾斜而下的瀑布凝固在空气中，自然连接着门厅处的流动空间。

The art screen behind the staircase is like a tilting waterfall frozen in the air, naturally connecting the flowing space at the foyer.

家具陈设

客厅高低错落着镂空的球形吊灯

一组圆弧形沙发搭配一对单人座椅

出挑的形态、色彩、质感

奠定了空间的当代与精致

The living room is staggered with high and low openwork spherical chandeliers and a circular sofa with a pair of single seats.

家具细节

意大利进口的 MINOTTI 马毛方塌

紫色玻璃面与亮面金属支腿的边几

性格各异的家居单品，诉说着主人的审美偏好

跃然跳出的金色，在突破调和间遇见型格

多元材质与风格混搭的生动场所

构建了未来情景故事的发生

The vivid place where multiple materials and styles are mixed and matched builds the future scenario story.

灯光

从建筑形式中抽取的圆形元素

被概括、变化、升华出现在各个角落

以圆满之意，宣告着家庭的团圆、兴旺

夜幕降临，便是一家三代其乐融融的静谧时光

The circular element taken from the architectural form is summarized, changed and sublimated to appear in all corners.

餐厅

餐厅以高中低的视觉层次打造聚餐氛围。借鉴花瓣绽放形态的吊灯无疑是视觉焦点，天顶的 8 瓣花朵造型与地面的餐椅一一呼应。

The eight petals of the chandelier in the form of blossoming flowers echo the dining chairs on the floor.

When night falls, it is a quiet time for a family of three generations to enjoy together.

餐厅灯饰

光之华，在于它朦胧透明，于空间中转换穿行。

隐现的三层灯饰仿佛静止的时间碎片，让人感到温暖自然的时光流动，折射出未来的美好。

The hidden three-layer light decoration

is like a still fragment of time

giving people a warm and natural flow of time

reflecting the beauty of the future

生活情趣 精神堡垒

设计师试图在空间里抓住

稍纵即逝的生命故事

以此来诠释人与空间的互通及情感交流

不同的空间勾兑当下的需求

讲述不同人的生活故事

家的多重性格与面貌，凝练在每一个自我天地间

女儿房

二层是子女的单独套房，既相互关照又彼此独立。

女儿房以纯净色彩搭配柔软质地的沙发和地毯，为未来生活留出余地。

The daughter’s room is decorated with pure colors and soft sofas and carpets, leaving room for future life.

儿子房

儿子的房间充满力量的质感，硬朗的线条与皮质、烤漆桌面彼此映衬，勾勒出沉稳、坚定的空间气质。

The son’s room is full of power with hard lines, leather, and lacquered table tops reflecting each other, outlining a calm and firm space.

主卧

三层是屋主夫妇的私享空间。

主卧套房以典雅的线条、温暖的大地色系，以及不规则的实木铺地，丰富着感官的多重体验。

傍晚时分，点亮的光晕映射出家的温度和味道。

The private space for the owner and his wife.

The master bedroom suite is enriched with elegant lines, warm earth tones and irregular solid wood pavement, enriching the multiple experiences of the senses.

书房

书房延续黑白主色，沉稳大气的空间基调，将东方气质隐于工艺、材料、细节的交感之中，承载塔尖人士对生活的期望。

The study continues the main color of black and white, the calm and atmospheric tone of the space hides the oriental temperament in the sympathy of craftsmanship materials and details.

茶室

男主人的专属茶室，为后期疫情时代的独处觅一方天地。置身其中，不一定靠眼睛去观察，而是用情感和想象去感受。Tea room, a small world where you can sit and sip to find a place for solitude in the late epidemic era.

花房休闲区

女主人热爱阅读和植物

书房、花房集休闲功能于一体

纳四时光景入内

The mistress loves reading and greenery

and the study and flower room combine

the functions of relaxation

and the light of the four seasons into the house

一个可以坐下来细品的小世界

藤编的席子和百叶帘在微光中相映成趣

长者席地而坐，回望人生过往

心中万象都在烟雾飘袅中交错
