本案的业主是一对年轻夫妻，男业主有玩具手办收藏的爱好，女业主正怀着他们的小宝宝。在前期沟通时，女业主有提到，希望这个家是个“白房子”，通体纯白，干净明亮。整合他们的需求，房间的颜色搭配上选择以白色作为主色调，再搭配木质的地板、桌椅来调节感官温度，让空间增加几分暖调。

业主目前是两个人居住，但宝宝出生后会变成三个人一起居住生活，于是我们的空间设计是可以满足从两人居住到多人居住的转变，其中体现在餐位预留/储物预留/卧室预留三个方面。

The owner of this case is a young couple. The host  has a hobby of toy collection, and the hostess is pregnanting. In the early communication, the hostess mentioned that she hoped this home would be a "white house", with a pure white body, clean and bright. Integrating their needs, I chooses white as the main color, and then matches the wooden floor, tables and chairs to adjust the sensory temperature, so that the space will increase a bit of warmth. After the baby is born, three people will live together. Therefore, our space design can meet the transition from two people to multiple people, which can reflect on multiple aspects.

原本进门处玄关位置的采光不足，被厨房的和餐厅间的墙面阻隔了光线的进入。在拆除墙体后，光线可以顺利引进，整个玄关位置就变得开阔明亮。玄关左侧的鞋架方便业主进出时换鞋，右侧紧靠墙面设置了一排抽屉和储物柜，预留鞋柜可以放置不常穿的鞋子。柜子接缝处的暗取手设计让整排的储物柜不会破坏整体的美感。柜体中心的镂空台面，也便于随手放置一些日常用品。

Originally, there was insufficient daylight at the entrance. The wall between the kitchen and the dining room blocked the light from entering. After the wall is demolished, light can be smoothly introduced, and the entire hallway becomes open and bright. The shoe rack on the left side of the entrance is convenient for the owner to change shoes when entering and exiting, and a row of drawers and lockers are set up close to the wall on the right side. A shoe cabinet is reserved for shoes that are not often worn. The concealed design at the joints of the cabinets allows the entire row of lockers to not destroy the overall aesthetics. The hollow countertop in the center of the cabinet is also convenient for placing some daily necessities at hand.

餐厅厨房区域是本案的设计重点之一。基于房屋原状的不合理布局及采光问题，我和业主一致决定拆除阻隔在餐厅和厨房间的墙面，改为开放式厨房，并加宽烟道设计了一个伸缩式多功能岛台。

The restaurant kitchen area is one of the key points of the design of this project. Based on the unreasonable layout of the house and the lighting problem, the owner and I unanimously decided to remove the wall blocking the dining room and the kitchen and further change it to an open kitchen. Also, we widened the flue to design a telescopic multifunctional island.

另一侧的桌子收起时可以容纳夫妻两人用餐或工作，展开则可以宽松的容纳4-6人一起用餐、聚会。

The table on the other side can accommodate a couple for dining or work when it is stowed, and it can accommodate 4-6 people for dining when it was unfolded.

岛台与厨房相连的那侧，可以在烹炒时作为备餐台来使用，下面增设6个大抽屉，方便储藏厨房用具。

The side where the island is connected to the kitchen can be used as a preparation table during cooking. 6 large drawers are added underneath to store kitchen utensils.

除此之外，这个岛台正处整个房屋的中心位置，无论是从这里去客厅还是卫生间整个行走路径都很顺畅高效，原本封闭的两个区域打通后就变成了一个家里的多功能区和核心“交通枢纽站”。

In addition, this island is located in the center of the entire house. Whether it is from here to the living room or the bathroom, the entire walking path is smooth and efficient. After the two enclosed areas are opened up, it becomes a multifunctional area at home. And it becomes a core "transportation hub station".

卫生间的空间并不大，我们选择了壁挂式马桶，方便清洁，同时在上方预留了安置储物柜的凹槽，可以放纸巾和洗浴用品。

The space in the bathroom is not that large. So we chose a wall-mounted toilet for easy cleaning. At the same time, a groove for storage cabinets is reserved at the top, where paper towels and toiletries can be placed.

男业主是一个玩具手办收藏爱好者，对储物空间有很大需求，同时也是为宝宝出生后所需的更加大量的储物需求做设计预留。

The male proprietor is a toy figure collector enthusiast, who has a great demand for storage space, and also makes design reservations for a larger amount of storage needs after the baby is born.

客厅的设计以简洁留白为主，做了整墙的储物柜，最右侧是一个透明的展示柜。

The design of the living room is dominated by simple and white space, with a full-wall storage cabinet. Also, a transparent display cabinet on the far right.

组合式的沙发可以轻松挪动位置，多种造型快速切换，满足不同状态下的位置变换。

The modular sofa can easily move its position, and various shapes can be quickly switched to meet the position change in different states.

原本的飘台加宽，变成了书桌，在卧室里也可以办公。

The original floating platform has been widened and turned into a desk, allowing you to work in the bedroom.

书房的门采用了长虹玻璃门，视觉上显得更加通透，可以延展视线。

The door of the study room adopts Changhong glass door, which is visually more transparent and can extend the line of sight. 

Since we choose to spend money to buy a house in Beijing, it must be worthy of every penny we spend. The final presentation and design details of the house are hidden in the bits of life. As long as you think more, the small apartment can also meet all your needs for a sweet home.
