二手房改造也有无限可能性。偕清浅温柔的空间性格，共赴这春日浪漫。老房旧貌▼

本案是一套面积 98 平米的三居室，因为小孩读书的关系，购置了这套二手房。进门后，一览无遗的陈旧，主卧面积过大，相反客厅的面积就显得局促了很多。业主希望增加收纳功能，喜欢干净大气的设计。

旧貌换新颜

▼入户

推开入户门，左右两边为多功能鞋帽柜，在使整个空间通透的感觉下，又巧妙合理地规划了空间。

The left and right sides of the entrance door are opened for multi-functional shoe and hat cabinets, and the space is cleverly and reasonably planned under the feeling of making the whole space transparent.

▼客厅

因为考虑到空间紧凑，就把沙发右手边的墙面整个用起来做了到顶的收纳柜，并且餐桌与收纳柜做了一体设计。

Because of the compactness of the space, the entire wall on the right side of the sofa was used as a top storage cabinet, and the dining table and storage cabinet were designed in one piece.

▼主卧

主卧床头柜与衣柜结合的设计，则是既节省空间又能提升整体性。超大的生活阳台伴着生机的绿植在阳光的滋润里成为了女主人最喜爱的空间。

The combination of the bedside table and the wardrobe in the master bedroom saves space and enhances the integrity. The large living balcony, accompanied by the green plants, has become the hostess’s favorite space in the moisturizing of sunlight.

▼儿童房

儿童房采用清新的颜色，床头壁画为小孩增添了童趣，白色高柜连接书桌既满足学习空间又增加了收纳空间。

The children’s room adopts fresh colors, the bedside murals add childlike interest to the children, and the white high cabinets are connected to the desks, which not only satisfies the learning space but also increases the storage space.

▼次卧

次卧与客厅采用磨砂玻璃，在白天既增加了客厅的采光又保证了卧室的私密。屋内采用榻榻米与衣柜结合的形式，最大限度的确保空间合理应用。

The second bedroom and the living room are made of frosted glass, which not only increases the lighting of the living room during the day, but also ensures the privacy of the bedroom. In the house, the combination of tatami and wardrobe is adopted to ensure the rational use of space to the greatest extent.

▼厨房

改造后的厨房空间拥有了更加整洁明亮的视觉效果，收纳空间、使用便利度与实际操作空间均得到了提升。

The renovated kitchen space has a cleaner and brighter visual effect, and the storage space, ease of use and practical operation space have been improved.

▼卫生间

针对没有采光昏暗简陋的卫生间，实现了干湿分离甚至三分离，洗漱区直接借光到客餐厅。满足正常使用的功能外，还增加了收纳柜。

For the dimly lit and shabby bathroom, the separation of dry and wet or even three separations is achieved, and the wash area directly borrows light to the guest dining room. In addition to meeting the functions of normal use, a storage cabinet is also added.
