用极简设计理念让空间更多样化。家，不只是一味的追求美，能让居住者下班就想回家的空间才是好的设计。

Use the minimalist design concept to make the space more diversified. Home is not only the pursuit of beauty, but also the space where residents want to go home after work is a good design.

改造后的阳台，空间在阳光的折射穿透下显得格外宁静。

After the transformation of the balcony, the space is particularly quiet under the refraction and penetration of the sun.

此时，一杯咖啡、一壶热茶、一本书刊，静静地享受着生活的慢节奏。At this time, a cup of coffee, a pot of hot tea and a book quietly enjoy the slow pace of life.

入口处没有传统意义的玄关造型，而是隐藏式的功能柜体，造型不再孤立单调，而是与空间融合在一起，协调整个空间。

There is no traditional porch shape at the entrance, but a hidden functional cabinet. The shape is no longer isolated and monotonous, but integrated with the space to coordinate the whole space.

空间强调动线与视觉最大化，让业主在有限的空间里也有大宅的视觉体验感，客厅空间更加自由开放，聚会、游戏、观影等，享受空间带来的满足。

The space emphasizes the dynamic line and visual maximization, so that the owner can also have the visual experience of the mansion in the limited space. The living room space is more free and open, with parties, games and movie viewing, so as to enjoy the satisfaction brought by the space.

细节的处理是极简空间必不可少的设计手法，材质之间的质感融合更加突出环境的素雅。

The treatment of details is an essential design method for minimalist space, and the texture integration between materials highlights the simplicity and elegance of the environment.

书法不再是传统的私密房间，而是开放的休闲空间，让公共区域更加开阔，弧形的设计手法弱化区域之间的划分。Calligraphy is not a traditional private room, but an open leisure space, which makes the public area more open, and the arc design technique weakens the division between areas.

不锈钢材料与饰面板之间相互交替，复杂的工艺更加需要工人的匠心精神。

Stainless steel materials and decorative panels alternate with each other, and complex processes need the ingenuity of workers.

业主希望空间能够最大化享受空间自由，平时上班比较少在家做饭，所以这里厨房跟餐厅设计上采用了开放式手法，让餐厅功能不单单只是就餐功能，还可以是家庭会议或居家办公区。藏式冰箱与酒柜融入墙体设计成一个黑色盒子，与空间之间形成鲜明对比，视觉上让人更加神秘好奇。

The owners hope that the space can maximize the enjoyment of space freedom. They usually work less and cook at home. Therefore, the design of the kitchen and restaurant here adopts an open approach, so that the function of the restaurant is not only the dining function, but also the family meeting or home office area. The Tibetan refrigerator and wine cabinet are integrated into the wall and designed into a black box, which forms a sharp contrast with the space and makes people more mysterious and curious visually.

在很多居住空间的设计中，正之佳期设计追寻业主最渴望的生活状态，最关心的人与事，采用极简设计理念让空间更多样化。保持初心，坚持以探索态度来实践空间更多可能性，美学的背后往往都是逻辑的思维。

In the design of many living spaces, the design at the right time pursues the living state that the owners most desire and the people and things they care about most, adopts the minimalist design concept to make the space more diversified, maintains the original intention, and adheres to the exploration attitude to practice more possibilities of the space.
