Programme planning

本案业主是一位经营服装店的女主人，与老人同住。对于这个家，业主情有独钟于典雅复古，出于视觉审美及日后生活的实用性，业主选择将这套精装房进行重新设计规划，让空间最大利用化，贴合自己的居住习惯，以现代法式轻奢手法加入复古元素来彰显它的高级感。

The owner of this case is a hostess who runs a clothing store and lives with the old man. For this home, the owner has a special preference for elegance and retro. For the sake of visual aesthetics and the practicability of future life, the owner chose to redesign and plan this hardbound room to maximize the use of space, fit his living habits, and add retro elements with modern French light luxury techniques to show its high-level sense.

空 间 设计理念

Space design concept

法式轻奢并不局限于奢华中，我们从中寻找舒适的节奏，保留它原有的复古气质，并简化设计。

在本案设计中，设计师摒弃繁杂的固有手法，以现代结合复古感线条、减去饱和度艳丽的色彩，以舒适的白与高级灰为主色调，保证了空间的通透性。让法式独有的浪漫硕然绽放。

French light luxury is not limited to luxury. We look for a comfortable rhythm, retain its original retro temperament, and simplify the design. In the design of this case, the designer abandons the complicated inherent techniques, combines modern and retro lines, subtracts the saturation and gorgeous colors, and focuses on comfortable white and high-grade gray to ensure the permeability of the space. ◁ Living room 客厅

墙面采用略带丝绒质感的浅灰色艺术涂料，升华了整体空间的艺术复古气息。软装搭配得恰到好处，相互融合，呈现优雅气质。

The wall adopts light gray art paint with velvet texture, sublimating the artistic retro flavor of the overall space. The soft clothes are matched appropriately and integrated with each other to present an elegant temperament.

Restaurant 餐厅

餐厅使用潘多拉岩板点缀与客厅相呼应。厨房门用长虹玻璃折叠门，在不使用厨房时增加空间的互动与采光通风及空间感。在平静中增添了一份活泼感，友好的过度了深浅之间。

The dining room is decorated with Pandora rock plates to echo the living room. Changhong glass folding door is used for the kitchen door to increase the interaction of space, lighting, ventilation and sense of space when the kitchen is not used. It adds a sense of liveliness to the calm, and the friendly is too deep and shallow.

主卧延伸了客厅高级灰的色调，以色块形式体现。细腻的线条，精致的雕花，塑造出卧室的美感。无主灯设计，辅助光源与软装配合，空间氛围感立体起来。

The master bedroom extends the high-grade gray tone of the living room, which is reflected in the form of color blocks. Delicate lines and exquisite carvings shape the beauty of the bedroom. No main light design, auxiliary light source and soft fitting, three-dimensional space atmosphere.

◁ Long parent room 长亲房

长亲房保留了原有中式实木家具，结合法式古典感，俏皮的法式定制墙纸与中式互相碰撞出火花，不但毫无违和感，反而高级感十足。

Changqin room retains the original Chinese solid wood furniture. Combined with the French classical feeling, the playful French custom wallpaper collides with the Chinese style, which not only has no sense of conflict, but also has a full sense of high-grade.

户外花园设计就餐与休闲区域分割，材质以水泥色搭木色使得花园层次更加丰富。即满足业主日常休闲放松，也能满足与亲朋好友聚餐。

The outdoor garden design is divided into dining and leisure areas, and the material is made of cement and wood to enrich the garden level. It can not only meet the daily leisure and relaxation of the owner, but also meet the dinner with relatives and friends.
