The contemporary elegance of Italian style is the balance of the classic and fashion. It redefines space, art, fashion and people’s mode of life. Modern Italian minimalism is its fundamental; it merges with oriental implication, chooses simple elements and natural material to create comfort, joyful and improved quality living area for clients.

江山壹号项目位于网红城市长沙的湘江边上，抬头即可享受到最独特的自然景观视野，包括橘子洲头的毛主席雕像。367m²的大平层，西侧客厅拥有超大的景观阳台，如何为客户创造出居住愿景与环境完美融合的生活方式是 JSCC 极舍文化此次设计思考的重点。

Jiangshanyihao project is located at Xiang River in the Web Celebrity City Changsha. Here, you can experience the unique nature view, for example, the statue of Chairman Mao (which is located in Orange Island) when you raise your head. This design is to design a 367 square meters’ penthouse. On its living room’s west side, it has a huge landscape balcony. Creating a design that focuses on clients living requirement and the outdoor environment is the primary part.

入口玄关以雪花飞狐大理石为主调，大气内敛，色泽纹理变化纷呈，极具艺术气质。地坪铺以简朴凝练的回字纹作为装饰纹过渡，更具庄重之感。同时，巧妙设置的转角，形成一个独立区域，隐私性好。

The entrance porch uses Snowy Mountain Flying Fox as its dominant tone to provide a magnificent and restrained atmosphere. The variety of colour and textures shows the artistic temperament. JSCC chooses pure and concise back-word lines way to decorate the terrace to represent a sense of elegance. Meanwhile, the well-designed corner forms a unique area to keep privacy.

女主人审美非常好，对意式格调倾心，男主人则希望有点东方的意蕴，低调有内涵。围绕这一系列目标和需求，JSCC 极舍文化的室内设计解决方案既艺术又实用，在为每个场地提供更多接触自然的机会的同时，融入客户的特殊需求。重新思考东西方文化艺术的融合与变革，创造一个既个性化又拥有完美感官体验的居住空间。

The hostess has a good appreciation of beauty. She loves the Italian style the most. However, the host prefers the oriental style full of low key and high quality. JSCC’s design reconciles artistry and practicality to meet all their goals and requirements. It provides more opportunities to stay close to nature in every site and merges with clients’ special request, as well. JSCC reconsiders the combination and revolution of western and eastern art and culture to create a living space with a unique style and meanwhile have the perfect sensory experiences.

在空间布局上，JSCC 极舍文化坚持保留客厅室外阳台，改变传统的思维模式，以柔美的线条和简练的笔触构建空间层次，运用超 6 米的玻璃移门，最大化引入江景的同时，创造一个室内外灰度空间，与湘江互为影射。在缓慢的时光里，横向俯瞰湘江，静看落日晚霞，闲看云卷云舒。

In the spatial arrangement, JSCC remains the outdoor landscape balcony. The design team changes the traditional thinking mode, using soft and simple lines to outline the spatial level. The team fully uses this 6 meters’ sliding glass door to lead the river view into the house. Meanwhile, it creates a grey space to insinuate Xiang River. During the slow and peaceful time, you can enjoy the sunset, the sunset glow, and various beautiful views to the best of the fundus when you overlook the Xiang River.

此外，对城市生活设计的研究不断反映在 JSCC 极舍文化最新的住宅设计中，最大化运用空间，同时保留空间的灵活性、功能性和艺术性，使得家庭生活可以舒适地与周围环境融合。

Besides, the study of urban life design keeps reflecting in JSCC’s newly design. JSCC fully uses the space, and meanwhile keeps the flexibility, functionality and artistry in the design so as to provide a comfortable living environment for clients. Also, it merges with surroundings well.

设计最舒适的开放式空间，坐拥全景视野，让自然光洒满空间的各个角落，并且在视觉上与室外环境相融合，给人一种平和、永恒的自由感。

This is the most comfortable open-style space. Here, you can enjoy the panoramic view and feel sunlit everywhere. Vision and the outdoor environment combined together to provide peace and perpetual freedom.

JSCC 极舍文化精于细节和材料组合，这是一个宁静的居室，有着平静的色调和纹理。米色与温暖的木色搭配，再由青古铜色金属点缀其间，用色虽少，却创建了一个非常有质感且温暖的空间。

JSCC is refined on the combination of details and materials. It chooses peaceful tones and textures, combines cream-coloured and warm wooden colour to decorate this quiet room. Also, it uses bronze metal to arrange the room. Although it uses fewer colours, it still creates a texture and warm space.

对极致与美好的追求，充分体现在餐厅空间。整体选材低调质朴，设计细节精致优雅，施工团队专业细致。因为项目跨越了疫情期，所以在对细节的严格把控上，对材料和工艺的感性表达上，需要设计、施工与供应商用心的配合，加上业主对 JSCC 极舍文化的绝对信任，项目才得以如此完美的呈现。

The dining room fully represents JSCC’s pursuit of perfection and beauty. The materials are all low profiles, the details are delicate and elegant, and the whole construction team is professional and meticulous. Because this project crossed the lockdown period, designers, construction team and suppliers worked together carefully to keep an eye on details, materials and artwork expression to make sure the design is of high quality. Also, clients absolutely trusted JSCC, so JSCC could design a perfect project.

在当代喧嚣的包围中，真正的力量是静谧。空间中流露出的沉静与周围环境营造出一种朴素的优雅相呼应，这种优雅与生活相联系，丰富了我们的感官体验，创造了一种强烈的归属感。

Nowadays, chaos rounds us, and quiet is the real power we are looking for. The still of space and the surrounding environment creates simplicity and elegant atmosphere that echo each other. This elegance connects our lives to enrich our senses and meanwhile create a strong sense of belonging.

卧室设计注重安静、舒适，6 米长的整块玻璃窗，将理想中的湘江晨景图贯彻得更具象。毕竟清晨可以从烟雨蒙蒙的江景中苏醒，着实是一种令人难以抗拒的诱惑。诗与远方抬首可见，这便是向往的生活。

The bedroom design pursues a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. It has a 6-meter-long casement window, which makes the ideal morning view of Xiang River more specifically. Waking up in the morning in misty rain is an irresistible lure for us. Raise your head, and you could see poetry and distance; that is the dream life we are aspiring to.

设计可以感动我们，改善我们的环境，让我们拥有更加美好的工作、生活和娱乐方式。JSCC 极舍文化希望即使身处繁华，不断追逐梦想的我们，也能在这个自然、静谧、优雅的空间中，得到舒适与放松，让空间成为寻求内心自在的真正载体。

The design can touch us and improve the outside environment. It helps us have a better manner of working, living and entertainment. JSCC hopes we can continuously chase our dreams in the prosperous, and meanwhile, feel comfortable and relax in this natural, quiet and elegant space. JSCC wishes this space could be the place we can seek for heart at ease.
