Space 体感 X 中梁首府壹号叠墅 Nov20th.2021 Copyright@MINSEDE SIGN DESIGN/©陈佳峰 贺赞辉 正如柯布西耶所说：“住宅是居住的机器”，是一个使用品，更是一个实用品。无论是几人居住，本质上是轻松的、方便的、实用的存在，在居住过程不需要费心费力的去讨好它，而是让它为你提供服务。该项目是位于萍乡市中粮首府壹号的 170 平米洋房叠墅，屋主希望在加重能够提供温馨的居住氛围且加入一定的设计感。

以中性的空间与橡木材质的融合为基调，阐述纯粹、自然的生活状态。

Based on the fusion of neutral space and oak material, it elaborates a pure and natural life state.

整个空间没有过多修饰的造型感，更多以材质本属性来分界区域功能，及满足视觉美感。

The whole space does not have too much modified modeling sense, more material this attribute to divide the regional function, and meet the visual aesthetic feeling.

顶面的处理以凸显层次感为主，木饰面结合白色涂料及磨砂质感的材质来丰富整个顶面。

Top surface treatment to highlight the sense of layering, wood veneer combined with white paint and matte texture material to enrich the entire top surface.

楼梯空间设计我们着重考虑于整体通透性与舒适性为主。部分悬挑踏步让原本视觉拥挤的楼梯空间得以释放。

Stair space design we focus on the overall permeability and comfort. Some cantilevered steps allow the visually crowded staircase space to be released.

卧室空间我们通过材质与泛光灯的一些穿插设计以及少量的射灯点缀，使卧室区域拥有舒适的休息环境同时也不缺乏细节。

Bedroom space we pass material material and floodlight a few interspersed design and a few spot light adorn, make bedroom area has comfortable rest environment also do not lack detail at the same time.

整个卧室靠背造型与书桌区域连贯，形成一体式整体立面。

Whole bedroom backrest modelling and desk area are coherent, form integral whole elevation.

卫生间以简约通透为主，在面积不大的空间下，以一体化的材质去扩大空间感受，黑色墙砖部分配合嵌入式的极简柜使空间拥有了一块小巧的端景区域。

The bathroom is mainly simple and transparent. In a small space, the integrated material is used to expand the space.

老人房的设计在材质及颜色的选择上更考虑年龄层次性，结合部分中式禅意元素进行表达。

In the design of the elderly room, the choice of materials and colors is more about age levels, which is expressed with some Chinese Zen elements.

床背板、床头柜、床箱的一体化结合强调空间的整体性，柜体的细节处理上也延续了这一视觉感受。

The integrated combination of bed backboard, bedside table and bed box emphasizes the integrity of the space, and the details of the cabinet body also continue this visual experience.

户外区域在左右两侧，分别规划了两块绿植区域，配合户外的落地灯具，后期好打理的同时也有置身于大自然的空间感受。

The outdoor space on the third floor was partially adjusted at the effect stage, and an outdoor area with better lighting was added, located in the east side of the laundry area. Two green planting areas were planned on the left and right side respectively. With the outdoor floor lamps, the space feeling of being in nature was easy to take care of in the later stage.

花园在解决基础的使用功能外，我们希望整个区域的结构是有高低的层次，穿插的关系，区域之间的界限能被打破，功能之间能有联系。

In addition to solving the basic functions of the garden, we hope that the structure of the entire area has high and low levels, interspersed relationships, the boundaries between areas can be broken, and functions can be connected.

让室内室外有机结合、互相产生对话关系，视线丰富。

Let indoor and outdoor organic combination, mutual dialogue relationship, rich sight.
