本案以业主喜欢的精致温馨且质感为设计重点 空间中的主要材质为木饰面 石材以及金镀钛 冷暖色调相结合的精致材质 

The design focuses on the delicate, warm and texture that the owners like, and the main materials in the space are wood stone and exquisite materials.

Accessories matching intention

我们调整了空间格局 利用采光最好的区域作为小孩娱乐区域 将窗外光线可以通过休闲阳台渗透入室内 在沙发后背景墙上作木饰面以分缝处理 平整而又凹凸的立面透过自然光的沾附来产生不一样的立面表情层次

In terms of pattern, we have adjusted the spatial pattern, using the area with the best lighting as the children's entertainment area. The light outside the window can penetrate into the room through the leisure balcony.

客厅

Living room

阳光充足的地方最是幸福 客厅空间是家人情感交流的场所 和谐与舒适来得格外重要 设计将原有的体量关系进行梳理 使用简洁抽象的体量 将休闲阳台推出 与电视背景墙柜体相互呼应 这块区域可以提供给业主和他的两个小男孩 休闲阳台供于小孩与大人交流玩耍的地方

The place with plenty of sunshine is the happiest place. The living room space is the place for family emotional communication. Harmony and comfort are particularly important. The design combs the volume relationship to push out the lbalcony.

The leisure balcony is a place for children and adults to communicate and play.

立面图

走道的部分为了区分动线空间性地面材质与客餐厅相区分 工字拼地砖延伸入户玄关 减少走道的压迫感进而转变为具有视线高度及宽度延伸的效果 

The dining room want to divide the division of labor, and  extend the floor tiles into the door porch, reduce the oppressive feeling of the corridor.

餐厅左右立面分别为艺术涂料和木饰面的结合 粗糙与温暖的融合  赋予材质属性质感的同时增加了居住的温度 嵌入的长条线性灯 增加空间光的属性也让立面富有节奏性

The left and right facades of the restaurant are the combination of art paint and wood veneer. The integration of rough and warm gives the material property.

在考虑主卧的设计时 结合业主想法以及居住的考虑 将主卧 主卫 书房 衣帽间形成套房的形式 让业主夫妻在卧室能够有着属于自己的空间 中间电视墙与背靠衣帽柜形成主卧中轴 两侧环绕动线 让空间更加合理化 长达3m的书桌充分的保证夫妻的共同使用 

When considering the design of the master bedroom, combined with the owner's ideas and living considerations, the master bedroom, master bathroom, study, cloakroom form a suite form, so that the owner and wife can have their own space in the bedroom.
