与加乐加装饰结缘是在2020年的疫情后,加乐加作为当地的装饰公司龙头企业,对装饰行业有着长远的思考,并尝试以更直观更实惠的方式继续引领市场。在双方团队的沟通下,我们将住宅装饰“产品化”这个思路运用到本案的设计中。

什么是住宅装饰“产品化”?
加乐加集团王总认为,目前整装行业仍然存在着诸多的漏洞,比如整装公司整体设计能力较弱,设计能力也参差不齐,在新一轮短视频平台的装修推荐视频“轰炸”下,显得非常劣势;比如整装套餐的选型,通常设计师扮演的是“导购”角色,主要由客户自选,这就导致没有本就专业知识的客户,一通选择后,搭配的效果差强人意;比如所有的产品不能以相对稳定的量持续供应,而大型装饰公司为了“撑门面”,主材一定不能少,品种必须多,那就会导致总有些产品的销量是极差,但是还得占着公司高价租下的空间,不产生价值,只为存在而存在;再比如有些客户不能直观的感受到到底装出来什么效果,毕竟大多装饰公司的效果图落地呈现和淘宝的卖家秀同理,导致客户最后满意度不高等等…

直接将典型的户型作为一个产品,让专业的设计团队来设计好,物料、产品选型等等都全部搭配好,装饰公司仅作为执行者,
似乎一下解决了以上的种种问题:选配好的产品由设计团队结合当地市场反复打磨,保证在地性的原则,最大程度的满足客户对设计的需求,亦满足装饰公司对于产品数量的把控,淘汰无用的产品,腾出的空间做成了一个个实体样板间,让客户直观的感受到装出来是什么效果。
