龙湖景粼天著项目地处新北区核心恐龙园板块，位于城市名片恐龙园西侧。东侧有一站式的教育资源：龙城小学和龙城中学以及项目自建幼儿园；有常州博物馆、常州奥体、大剧院等市政配套；距离地铁 1 号线河海路站、新区公园站 500 米左右。项目周边有成熟的商业配套和优质的自然资源，再加上龙湖集团自身的品牌价值，龙湖集团在常州打造又一升级顶豪作品。项目周边构成以三横（河海路/珠江路/汉江路）两纵（晋陵路/青洋高架）为基准，已搭建起四通八达的交通网络。本项目约 2 公里即可通达沪蓉高速青龙枢纽，门口 500 米有地铁 1 号线两个站点（河海路站、新区公园站），以项目为中心通过公路网到达主要陆空港（常州奔牛国际机场/常州火车站/常州北站）约 6-30 公里车程。

本案户型相对很方正。入户门厅 L 型鞋帽柜，空间非常充足，换鞋、换衣以及箱包都能存放。厨房的空间相对狭长，我们做了内嵌的冰箱位，借助了一点童房的空间。

将原有三阳台合理划分，为休闲阳台和生活阳台，将生活阳台独立以避开隐私空间。父母房以及生活阳台都采用了隐形门，完美了从门厅到餐边柜整体木质的一致性。

主卧介入步入式衣帽间，满足业主对于独立衣帽间的需求，增加了储物空间。北卧室原有宽度无法满足衣柜以及床位的布置，因此将进门墙体做了调整来满足卧室整体功能。

This case is relatively square. Entrance Hall l-shaped shoes and hats cabinet, space is very sufficient for changing shoes and clothes as well as bags can be stored. The space in the kitchen is relatively long and narrow, so we have built-in fridge space with a little help from the children’s room. Will the original three balconies reasonable division, for leisure balconies and living balconies, living balconies independent to avoid privacy. Both the parents’ room and the living balcony feature invisible doors that provide the perfect consistency of the overall wood from the foyer to the sideboard. Master bedroom stepped into the type cloakroom, to meet the owners for the needs of independent cloakroom, increased storage space. The original width of the north bedroom can not meet the wardrobe and bed layout, so the door wall made adjustments to meet the overall function of the bedroom.
