蓝城S+钱塘天誉 · 现代艺境,诗意家居丨中国杭州

本案是钱塘天誉的稀缺叠墅，客户是年轻的 80 后夫妇与一双千金，多年的打拼带来了事业的丰收，希望静下心来享受家庭的幸福。

设计师从自然出发，以现代主义设计手法，挖掘环境与心理之间的微妙情愫。解决问题为先，营造生活诗意，打造优雅又不失品味雅奢居所。

平面分析

得天独厚的地理位置，周边的景观营造让生活与自然诗意毗邻。但一层空间原有的精装格局却辜负了这份馈赠，客厅被分割成不规则的空间，产生了生硬的洄游动线。

在与客户的实践沟通中，设计师借由动线的重新梳理，让观感重新矫正，赋予空间更舒畅通透的呼吸感与视觉效果。

玄关

国人的内敛，造就了“藏”的习惯，便随之衍生出玄关的概念。于是，从门厅处的玄关，收获归家后的第一道仪式感。波光粼粼的阿那亚绿大理石，随光影流动，与引入的绿植、鱼水、自然，营造出居所的雅奢生机感。

The introverted nature of the Chinese people has given rise to the habit of ’hiding’, and with it the concept of the entrance hall. Thus, from the entrance hall, the first ritual is reaped upon returning home. The shimmering Anaya green marble flows with the light and shadow, and the introduction of greenery, fish and water and nature create a sense of elegance and vibrancy in the home.

设计删繁就简，拂去原有空间的吧台，将释放出的面积归纳于客厅，力求最大限度的通透宽敞。再以材质与工艺细节，塑造理性与感性融合的空间体验与氛围。格局、功用与艺术于此处达成绝佳默契。

The design has been simplified by removing the bar from the original space and releasing the area into the living room, aiming for maximum transparency and spaciousness. The materials and craftsmanship are used to create an experience and atmosphere that blends the rational and the sensual. The layout, function and art of this space are in perfect harmony.

若细细留意，方知客厅一扇隐形门内藏尽万物。极强的收纳秩序，无形间增添了空间的规整感，也为未来生活留有余地。

If you look closely, you will see that everything is hidden inside an invisible door in the living room. The strong order of storage adds to the sense of orderliness of the space and leaves room for future living.

BO 音响正在播放的音乐，正是业主最爱，成为了他夜晚归家后最惬意的一刻。当斜靠在马鞍椅上，以一杯醇厚悠长的红酒微醺入夜。这一刻，留给私享静谧。

The music being played on the BO stereo is the owner’s favourite and becomes the most relaxing moment of his evening at home.

While reclining in a saddle chair, he is slightly intoxicated by a glass of long, rich red wine into the night.

This moment is reserved for the private enjoyment of silence.

餐厅 The Parlour━在设计所营造的精致的用餐氛围中，唯见光影掠动，生活的温度透过石材、皮质与布艺等肌理徐徐传递，让用餐时光倍感亲切。

The design creates a sophisticated dining atmosphere where light and shadows move and the warmth of life is conveyed through the textures of stone, leather and fabric, making dining time feel intimate.

在这方自由的艺术天地中，将业主的爱好悄然融入居所，成为了最为别致之处。着意规划的展藏区，充分满足男主人收藏雪茄、镜头与酒的爱好。当柔光洒下，收藏则从通透的三面玻璃间尽现。精巧的陈设正于此静默，倍显空间品味与价值。

The owner’s hobbies have been quietly incorporated into the home, making it the most charming place in this free artistic world. The collection area has been deliberately designed to cater for the owner’s cigar, lens and wine collection. When the light falls, the collection is revealed through the transparent glass on three sides. At the moment, the exquisite furnishings are silent, revealing the taste and value of the space.

楼梯采用西班牙天然云石吊灯，与现代化的空间材质碰撞，是自然与设计的完美结合。

云石雕琢打磨后，制成灯片，营造出独特的光感。开灯后灯片上的清晰可见的天然花纹，透出高雅柔和的光线，刹那间，予人空间与时间的无限扩大。

The living room features a natural Spanish lucite chandelier that collides with the modern materials of the space, a perfect combination of nature and design. The lucite is carved and polished to create a unique sense of light. When switched on, the natural pattern on the piece is clearly visible, giving an elegant and soft light that instantly expands space and time.

二层主卧

Master bedroom

主卧巨大宽屏床柔软细腻的布艺，与椅子香奈儿蓝金粗呢形成对比，淡金属嵌入细节。材料纹亦塑造出丰富又细微的变化。

The soft, subtle fabric of the huge widescreen bed in the master bedroom contrasts with the Chanel blue and gold tweed of the chairs, with pale metal inset details. The material pattern also creates a rich and subtle variation.

床头柜小面积茶玻和影木重叠，以藏的手法体现雅奢之感。

The headboard is a small area of tea glass and shadow wood overlaid with a hidden sense of elegance.

主卧在用色上，秉承舒适和克制的态度，大面积温暖的坯布色配合雅致沉稳的粉末蓝，干净自然的同时传达了材料本身的高级感，自然平和让整体的睡眠空间更显温暖细腻。

In the master bedroom, the colour palette is comfortable and restrained, with a large area of warm blank fabric with an elegant and subdued powder blue, which is clean and natural while conveying the premium feel of the material itself, and the natural calmness makes the overall sleeping space more warm and delicate.

二层大女儿卧

Oldest daughter’s bedroom

为喜欢时尚穿搭的大女儿所量身打造的卧室空间，干净利落又极具现代感、线条感，符合她的个性态度。

The bedroom space was created for my eldest daughter, who likes to dress stylishly, with a clean and modern, linear look that fits her personality.

一处可精心梳妆的空间必不可少。

梳妆台作为设计师的原创家具，根据女孩平时化妆护肤的收纳习惯，在台面和柜体打造出个性化的系统收纳空间。

A space where makeup can be carefully groomed is essential. The dressing table, an original piece of furniture by the designer, has been designed to create a personalised system of storage space on the table top and cabinet, based on the girl’s usual make-up and skincare storage habits.

二层小女儿卧

Younger daughter’s bedroom

小女儿正处最充满童真和想象力的童年时光。设计选取柔和童趣、饱满可爱的造型相配，而弧角设计则避免磕碰受伤，保留舒适的同时兼顾安全与童趣。

A child’s childhood is at its most innocent and imaginative. The design is soft, childlike and full of cute shapes, while the curved corners prevent bumps and bruises, keeping comfort and safety in mind.

地下室 Basement ━ “大隐于市”的灵魂即藏在了此方地下空间内。经典的透明木作酒柜展呈着居者的生活态度与不凡品味，场域气韵流畅，氛围精致而优雅。

The soul of the "hidden in the city" is hidden in this underground space.

The classic transparent woodwork of the wine cooler shows the attitude and taste of the inhabitants, the atmosphere is smooth and elegant.

书房区域以现代的手法，诠释高雅的意趣，木质、皮革与空间材质交穿插交织，辅以硬朗雅致的色系和极具现代感的线性几何美学，彰显当下调性，又能让人脱离于时间之外。

书房内外，仅一步之遥，但简单与冗杂，却可将精神世界一分为二。心静，则美溢。

The soul of the "hidden in the city" is hidden in this underground space. The study area is a modern interpretation of elegance, with wood, leather and spatial materials interwoven, complemented by a hard and elegant colour palette and a modern linear geometric aesthetic, highlighting the current mood and allowing one to be outside of time. This study is just a step away from the inside and outside, but simplicity and redundancy can divide the spiritual world in two. When the mind is quiet, beauty overflows.

设计利用进深较大的空间特点，将地下室楼梯下方转换为了一处集恒温雪茄柜、手办展示、换季鞋柜的综合收纳空间。通透的玻璃柜门破除立面沉闷，让空间更富趣味。

The design takes advantage of the large depth of the space to convert the underside of the basement staircase into a comprehensive storage space with a thermostatic cigar cabinet, a handicraft display and a seasonal shoe cabinet. The airy glass doors break up the dullness of the façade and add interest to the space.

各个空间以更加优雅的艺术氛围，超越空间本身的局限，将精致格调融入空间内部，最终赋予了居者一方舒适的生活方式。

With a more elegant artistic atmosphere, each space transcends the confines of the space itself, incorporating a refined style into the interior of the space, ultimately giving the residents a comfortable lifestyle.
