The project is located in the CBD business belt ofYan'an new area. The west side of the land is the administrative axis, and thesoutheast side is the urban green park. The regional conditions are superior,the surrounding traffic is convenient, and the supporting facilities in thefuture are perfect.

新区北区为削山填谷而成，建筑设计考虑对原始场地地形、地貌的回归，通过斜向动感的现代语言与传统的山水形态相呼应。

The North District of Yan'an New Area is formed by cutting hills and filling valleys. Architectural design considers the return ofthe original site topography and landform, and echoes the traditional landscapeform through the oblique dynamic modern language.

建筑被鱼骨状的街道划分为七个单体，形态各异又整体统一，开放的街道衔接周边商业地块，将人流导入，增加了用地的商业价值。

The building is divided into seven single buildings byfishbone like streets, with different shapes and overall unity. The openstreets connect the surrounding commercial plots, lead the flow of people, andincrease the commercial value of the land.

项目是一个复杂的城市综合体，包含有零售商业、精品酒店、总部办公、平层住宅四种功能，建成后将成为延安新区标志性的建筑群。

The project is a complex urban complex, including fourfunctions of retail business, boutique hotel, headquarters office and flat floorresidence. After completion, it will become a landmark building complex inYan'an new area.
