CERYNNE是一处位于上海老洋房内的美容空间。美容院本身是创造美的地方，加之其繁华优雅的社区环境，因此整个设计围绕柔和、舒适、私密感等关键词展开，致力于打造出一个从消费感受出发，由内而外给人以美好感受的立体美学空间。

CERYNNE is a beauty space located in the French concession in Shanghai. Beauty salon is a place to create beauty, in addition to its prosperous and elegant community environment, the whole design focuses on the softness, comfort and privacy. It is committed to creating a aesthetic space starting from the consumption feeling.

这是一个狭长的双层空间，一层被分为三个部分，中间是入口、接待台和等候休息区，两边是两个独立的工作区。沿着楼梯往上，依旧是一处等候区，然后是用帘子分隔成的三小块工作区，可以根据需要自由进行组合，调整空间的大小。

This is a long and narrow space which has two floors. The first floor is divided into three parts. The entrance, reception and waiting area are in the middle, with two independent working areas on both sides. Go up the stairs, there is still a waiting area, then three small work areas separated by curtains, which can be combined freely according to the needs.

柔 和 

All about softness 

我们在整个结构中充分利用“弧线”的元素，门洞和壁龛，包括接待台上方的天花板。

We utilize the "arc" element in the whole structure. The door openings and niches, including the ceiling above the reception desk.

用弧度来弱化横平竖直的生硬感，增加空间的柔和美感。接待台、茶几，甚至灯具和门把手，都在呼应这一元素。

The radian is used  to weak the stiffness of horizontal and vertical, and add more soft aesthetic feeling to  space. The reception desk, the side table, even the lamps and doorknobs are all echoing this element.

以白色为主，浅粉和浅米为点缀的色彩再次强调“柔和”的主题，再用利落的黑色线条作为支撑，使其不至于太过单调甜腻，也带来一些简洁的现代感。

The color emphasizes the theme of the space -- “soft” once again. Mainly white, light pink and light coffee for embellishment, also with some black, making the vision not too monotonous. This can also bring a sense of Modernity.

除了常规材质外，大量使用的布料同时具有装饰性和功能性。布料柔软的特性进一步强化空间的柔和感，而且能够作为一种灵活的区隔工具被使用。

In addition to the conventional materials, we use a lot of fabrics. The softness of the fabric enhances the softness of the space and can be used as a flexible separation tool. 

实体墙面也在某种程度上模拟布帘的褶皱，让整个元素能够贯穿始终。

The solid wall also simulates the drape of the curtains, so that the element can run through all the time.

透明玻璃器皿中的绿植不仅是整个空间中的亮点，也作为一种媒介，把户外的绿意引入室内，成为一处小小的造景，给人柔美又不失清新的感受。

The plants in the glassware are not only the highlight of the whole space, but also as a medium to bring the green outdoor into the interior. The small landscapings create a atmosphere, making the customers feel soft and fresh

由于空间本身的局限性，也为了把更多的空间留给主功能区，楼梯显得有些狭窄。这里运用镜子元素弥补了不足。镜子在一个美容沙龙里也是不可或缺的要素，这里的使用不仅延续了它的功能性，还扩大了视觉感受，更带来了层次丰富的光线，让整个空间更加干净通透。

Due to the limitations of the space, and in order to leave more space for the main function area,  the stairs appear to be a little narrow. The mirror element makes up for the deficiency. Mirror is also an indispensable element in a beauty salon. It not only continues the functionality, but also expands the visual experience. The light becomes more variable, and while the whole space more clean and transparent.

舒 适

Like home-coming

CERYNNE虽然是商业空间，但为了契合品牌“致力带给消费者SPA般静逸且舒适的感受”，尝试给空间注入一种宛若归家的感觉。使得顾客到达这里后能够完全放松身心，享受片刻的宁静与舒适。

Although it is a commercial space, we are trying to infuse CERYNNE with a feeling of home-coming, in order to fit the brand concept, “bringing customers a quiet and comfortable feeling”. After arriving here, customers can completely relax and enjoy themselves in a moment of peace and comfort.

功能布局上打破入口即接待台的传统设定，把它挪到另一面。推门后映入眼帘的是一个类似客厅的休息等待区，给客人创造一种归家感。

In terms of function layout, we break the traditional setting, move the reception desk to the side of the entrance. What you can see after entering the salon is a waiting area similar to the living room at home.

沙发、茶几、柜子、灯具、装饰画等软装的选择上也在模糊“店”与“家”的界限。

Sofa, side table, cabinet, lamp, decorative painting and other decorations also blur the boundary between "shop" and "home".

享 受 

Enjoy yourself

相对于其它商业空间，美容沙龙对空间私密性的要求更高。营造家的感觉不仅能够给人以舒适感，同时也带来了私密度。

Compared with other commercial spaces, beauty salons have higher requirements for space privacy. Building a feeling of home-coming can not only bring a sense of comfort, but also private density.

帘子的使用，在保证隐私的同时更具有灵活性。通透感增加，压抑感降低，这对于本身不够宽阔的空间有更重大的意义。

The curtains ensure privacy and make the space more flexible.While the sense of permeability increases and the sense of depression decreases, which is more important to the space that is not wide enough. 

相信顾客在踏入CERYNNE的那一刻起，就能感受到由空间设计和服务共同带来的美好与和谐。

When the customers getting into CERYNNE, the emotional feeling of beauty and harmony can be aroused by the design of space and the comfortable service.
