序 | Preface

“生姜暖胃，而你暖心”

Ginger warms my stomach,but you warm me.

都市生活，可见的点点滴滴，一幕幕蕴含着情感、体验、画面的镜头：一盏为你点亮的灯，一碗热腾腾的面条，一张舒适柔软的床，一个温暖而无聊的下午，家人闲坐，灯火可亲……

Urban life, visible dribs and drabs, scenes containing emotion, experience, screen shots: a lamp lit for you, a bowl of hot noodles, a comfortable soft bed, a warm and boring afternoon, family sitting, lights amiable......

所有打动人心的角落，都是家的延伸。

All the corners that move people’s hearts are the extension of home.

竹叶山云邸公寓，携重点学区之优势，落子武汉汉口二环核心商圈。设计师以镜头化的设计场景，为都市人群演绎真实而温暖的生活，以叙事性的手法感知美好。

Zhuyeshan Yundi Apartment, with the advantages of a key school district, is located in the core business area of hankou. The designer interprets the real and warm life for the urban crowd through the lens of the design scene, and perceives the beauty with narrative techniques.

01 |奢非形 自成派

复式住宅

神说，要有光。光线让沉郁的城市变得柔美，空气变得芬芳。

God said, Let there be light. The light makes the gloomy city soft and the air fragrant.

跨层挑空，为客厅赋予了别墅级的视野与景观。玄关处天花楼板的透明玻璃镂空，立面墙体的中空透缝，以当代的手法演绎光与空间的艺术灵韵。

Cross the floor to carry empty, for the living room to give villa-level vision and landscape. The transparent glass hollow out of the ceiling floor in the hallway and the hollow through seam of the facade wall deduce the artistic charm of light and space with contemporary techniques.

除开客厅之外，对全屋进行隔层处理，则充分保证了得房率，尽可能让不同的兴趣爱好得以安放。一楼的书房兼客卧使用了折叠门，在必要的时候，折叠门可以完全打开，将双人床收起，让客厅活动空间得到最大的延展。艺术设计感极强的家具或聚拢或分散，呈现适合密友轻松交谈的舒适氛围。

The study and guest bedroom on the first floor uses a foldable door that can be fully opened when necessary to put away the double bed and maximize the living room space. The furniture that artistic design feels extremely strong or gather together or disperse, present the comfortable atmosphere that suits close friend to talk easily.

2 层主要为居住空间，在这里，设计师实现了一个带卫生间的主卧，一个公用卫生间和两个次卧，并结合墙体最大程度实现了收纳功能。

The second floor is mainly for living space. Here, the designer realized a master bedroom with a toilet, a public toilet and two secondary bedrooms, and combined with the wall to maximize the reception function.

02 | 治愈，空间的情绪

双钥户型

单身并不会引起焦虑，但是孤独会。

Being single doesn’t cause anxiety, but being lonely does.

奈良美智的画，作为“治愈”主题，被放在了这间女性公寓的空间主题。

Nara mioshi’s painting, as a "healing" theme, is placed in the space theme of this women’s apartment.

画作的色彩被赋予情感，黑白灰的空间底色，仿佛被冷漠和雾霾困扰的都市，西瓜红色系贯穿整个空间，有浓有淡，有渐变，也有各种形态的呼应，仿佛朝霞一般划破沉沉云霭，诠释出女主人的时尚俏皮与热情活力。

Painting color are endowed with emotion, the black and white and grey space impression, as if by apathy and haze of city, which represents the "Tibetan dao girl" watermelon red series, throughout the entire space, strong light, has a gradient, there are various forms of echo, as if the sunglow generally cut heavy sorrowing, explanation gives goodwife fashion nifty and passion vigor.

空间，可以是柔软的、模糊的、灵活的，也可以是不确定的、冲突的、包容的，我们将空间与内心连接，再探索。极简的形式与内在的丰盈，是设计师对艺术的再次解读，也是对都市女性生活品质的精准描摹。

Space can be soft, fuzzy and flexible, or uncertain, conflicting and inclusive. We connect space with our heart and explore it again. The minimalist form and the inherent richness are the designer’s re-interpretation of Hidden Knife in The Back, as well as an accurate description of the life quality of urban women.

03 |叙事空间，控制欲望

双钥户型

极简与克制，“Normcore”是一种新概念，设计师以“故意很单调、无特色”为主导。黑色的凝炼、白色的纯净、灰色的调和，在三者的交互下隐藏着更深层的欲望，使得空间像一首冷峻而炙热的诗。

This is a frame thinking first design, for the later sales of "apartment", "office" and other different sales stage, designers can change and adjust part of the jewelry, carpet, flower and cloth art, in the limited area to explore the possibility of more space.

在水泥与金属的工业风氛围中，凹凸的触感及粗粝的质感，讲述着材料最原始粗犷的力量，散发着浓浓的神秘感，室内的氛围清冷又朦胧。

In the industrial atmosphere of cement and metal, the concave and convex touch and rough texture tell the most primitive and rough power of materials, exuding a deep sense of mystery, and the indoor atmosphere is cold and hazy.

智能控制可根据主人喜好变换不同场景主题的色彩灯光，让家变得更好玩，更有操控感，闷骚而含蓄地表达当下。

Intelligent control can change the color light of different scene theme according to host be fond of, let the home become better play, have control feeling more, dull coqueness and implicit express present.

04 |悦所居 酿时光

复式住宅

一间房屋只有当它充满情感与故事时，它最终才能成为一个家，在社交情境空间，触摸时光温情的柔软。

Only when a house is filled with emotion and story can it finally become a home, in the social context space, touching the tenderness of time.

设计师将最奢阔的层高留给了玄关，打开门，迎面是敞亮的空间和轻盈的白色旋转楼梯，搭建跨层的交流空间，几何立体与圆的意象交织出单线与线圈的美学韵律，铺陈出入户的第一眼气质。

Designers leave the most luxurious and broad layer to the porch, open the door, the face is a bright space and light white spiral staircase, build cross-layer communication space, geometric three-dimensional and round image intertwined with a single line and coil of aesthetic rhythm, laying out the first taste of temperament.

以厨房的吧台为中心，客厅、餐厅、厨房被整合成社交空间，人们可以在此制作面点、品鉴红酒、喝茶聊天；而当吧台前方的升降式电视机升起，客厅又可瞬间变成私人影院，灵活多变的空间，为生活赋予更多可能。

With the kitchen bar as the center, the living room, dining room and kitchen are integrated into a social space, where people can make pastries, taste wine, drink tea and chat. And when the lifting type TV in front of stage rises, the sitting room can become private cinema instantly again, flexible and changeful space, bestow more possibility for the life.

有了 2 层的家庭活动区，父母与孩子不再是上楼各回各房，而是有了一个地方享受亲子时光：一起读书，一起玩桌游，一起讨论下一次旅行的目的地，一起建造第一个机器人……

With the family activity area on the second floor, parents and children no longer go upstairs and go back to different rooms, but have a place to enjoy parent-child time: reading together, playing board games together, discussing the destination of the next trip together, building the first robot together...

设计师通过镜子拉伸空间，以克制的留白手法，极简黑白灰配色来追求空间的宽敞，高级灰、姜黄色与墙体虚虚实实的竖纹肌理相互映衬，仿佛生命不息，现代理性与简约借由器物的形与色婉转渗入空间之中，打破了原有的孤立混乱格局，形成了新的秩序美感，提炼宁静与安逸的环境与和谐之美，构建出简约怡人的都会美居。

Designer stretch space through the mirror, to suppress white space technique, the minimalist black and white and grey color for the space capacious, senior ash, ginger and wall body through the vertical stripes of texture, like where there is life, there is the modern rationality and contracted objects by shape and color tactfully into space, breaking the original pattern of isolated chaos, formed a new order of beauty,Refine the quiet and comfortable environment and the beauty of harmony, to build a simple and pleasant city.

所有的故事、情感、交流，都发生在时间、空间、人的交汇处。

All stories, emotions and exchanges take place at the intersection of time, space and man.

当你走近这个空间，你感受的不仅是房子，而是来自这个空间传递给你的感觉和生命能量。
