The multi-family house from the fifties is to be renovated and extended for the new owners and their tenants. 

There had been a lot of maintenance work. 

In addition, the new owner wanted the addition of a double garage and the expansion of the existing cellar in a workshop. 

One of the three existing rental apartments was extended around the attic into a two-storey apartment and converted into a condominium. The addition of a double garage complements the ground floor apartment with a spacious terrace. All surfaces have been renewed, the windows replaced, the kitchens and bathrooms modernized and installations replaced. A new environment adapted to the current needs complete the conversion.
