The client moves into new premises in an existing commercial building from the 50s. This means a fundamentally new kind of work environment for the employees. It was a challenge to combine the advantages of a spacious one-room office, which is designed to convey team spirit, with the conveniences of an individual workplace in a locked room. Powerful concrete columns with joists divide the space in half. The all-around fenestration creates a bright, clear room atmosphere. Via the entrance room, one is redirected to the slope-side half of the room, where the serving functions are located. On the side facing the lake and the direct sunlight, the individual workstations were arranged on long tables in 2-seater and 3-seater bunks. Half-high shelves limit the space and protect the individual workplace from insights. Standing, the room as a whole remains manageable.
