- 案例概况

共界设计事务所，位于厦门市湖里区海峡旅游博览中心。事务所在设计上赋予空间新的特性，去繁就简，以净白、纯粹为空间的主要设计基调，体现“净”与“静”的美学特点，希望用简洁的设计语言营造出舒心自在的办公氛围。在当今节奏快速的生活、工作模式下，“净”与“静”的空间氛围能够令人于此抛却浮躁，安定沉淀其中。

GOJOIN Design Studio is located in the Strait Tourism Expo Center, Huli District, Xiamen. The studio has given the space new characteristics in its design, removing the complexity and simplifying it, using whiteness and purity as the main design tone of the space, reflecting the aesthetic characteristics of "clean" and "quiet", hoping to use simple design language to create a comfortable office atmosphere. In today's fast-paced life and work mode, the "clean" and "quiet" space atmosphere can let people cast aside impetuosity and settle in stability.

- 交通动线

以“挡、顿、游”的环绕动线为基础，进行具体的空间分隔变化。“挡”具有阻隔通道的作用，使人在此停留，作出方向与移动判断，身体和视线也随之被改变；“顿”是空间进入者产生的行为反应，起到改变空间节奏的效果；“游”通过改变交通空间的尺度和氛围，令人产生探索的欲望，让空间引领人的情绪。

Based on the surrounding movement line of "blocking, pausing, and wandering", and specific spatial separation changes are carried out. "Blocking" has the function of blocking the passage, allowing people to stay here, making direction and movement judgments, and the body and sight will be changed accordingly; "Pausing" is a behavioral response produced by the person entering the space, which has the effect of changing the rhythm of the space; By changing the scale and atmosphere of the traffic space, " Wandering " creates a desire for exploration and allows the space to lead people's emotions.

- 空间光影设计

步入办公区，净白的空间基调能够更好地将光线引入室内，与环境充分相融。自然光塑造室内空间的灵魂，

营造出温馨、沉静的空间意境。

独立办公室的背景墙利用混凝土拆模呈现出木质肌理，日

光透过玻璃映射在墙，体现出自然的木纹质感。

Stepping into the office area, the white space tone can better introduce light into the room and fully blend with the environment. Natural light can shape the soul of the indoor space, and create a warm and quiet space artistic conception. The background wall of the independent office uses concrete demoulding to present a wooden texture. The sunlight is reflected on the wall through the glass, reflecting the natural texture of wood grain.

- 玻璃分隔设计

茶室以玻璃体块的形式置入空间，加强了茶室与周围办公区之间的通透性，并起到视觉上的延伸效果，有助于打造敞亮明快的办公氛围。

The tea room is placed into the space in the form of glass blocks, which strengthens the permeability between the tea room and the surrounding office area, and plays a visual extension effect, helping to create a bright office atmosphere.

- 绿植区域设计

绿植区域成为茶室与办公区之间的过渡部分，以白沙为底，上承绿植与火山石，赋予了空间充满生命力的自然气息。优化、丰富空间层次效果的同时，更能调和办公环境，缓解疲劳和工作压力。

The green planting area becomes the transition part between the tea room and the office area. With the white sand as the base, the green plants and volcanic rocks are inherited, giving the space a natural atmosphere full of vitality. It not only has the effect of enriching the spatial hierarchy, but also reconciles the office environment and relieves fatigue and work pressure.

- 细部设计

在细部设计上，加入木饰面实现冷暖结合，营造沉稳的空间质感。吊顶高度沉降起伏，白色与木色交相对比，强调了空间划分的区域感。

In the detailed design, wood veneer is added to achieve a combination of cold and warm, creating a calm spatial texture. The height of the suspended ceiling is undulating, and the contrast between white and wood color emphasizes the regional sense of space division.

办公区的吊顶采用黑钛槽，集结吊灯、烟感和喷淋功能，黑色金属材质与白色空间基调在视觉上形成对比，使空间更具块面感。

The ceiling of the office area uses black titanium grooves, which integrate chandeliers, smoke and spray functions. The black metal material forms a visual contrast with the white, making the space more blocky. 

局部大梁裸露，吊顶空间呈现起伏状态，使人们的游走体验更为丰富。

Some beams in the office area are exposed ，and the ceiling space is undulating, which enriches people's wandering experience.

空间内的一饰一物以其极简造型和细腻肌理在其中注入品质与意蕴。

于“白“的基底中，辅以墨绿、靛蓝、玄青、银灰等家具饰物，彰显审美与个性，

自然流露高雅质感。

打破传统呆板的办公格局，另辟具有

艺术与新意的现代办公空间。

Every decoration and object in the space injects quality and meaning into the space with its minimalist shape and delicate texture. In the "white" base, complemented by dark green, indigo, deep black, silver and gray furniture ornaments, highlighting aesthetics and personality, naturally revealing elegant texture. It breaks the traditional dull office pattern and creates a modern office space with art and novelty.
