食物的进化、演变,通常与人们的迁徙有着密切的关联。南来北往,纵横之间,描绘了一幅幅充满人间烟火的生活景象。由于地域环境的差异,山川、河流、文化、风味皆不相同,随着时间的累积与口味的不断尝试,慢慢形成了许多以地域特色为主要区分的菜系派别,这其中之一,便是尤为众人所喜爱的湘菜。
The evolution of food is often closely related to people’s migration. Traveling from south to north, vertically and horizontally, it depicts a scene of life filled with human fireworks. Due to differences in regional environment, mountains, rivers, culture, and flavors are all different. With the accumulation of time and continuous attempts at taste, many cuisine factions mainly distinguished by regional characteristics have gradually formed. One of these is the Hunan cuisine, which is particularly popular among people.

“临街”界面
此处去往异地,行囊中不免捎带几份特产,一来馈赠友人,再是以解思乡之情。此中的拳拳之心、殷殷之情付诸于食物,对于旅居他乡的人来说,自然是一种微妙的情感投射。在京城,湘上湘以传统湘菜为灵感,融合多元的当代文化,建立新派湘菜的品牌意识和服务理念,诠释不同的自我见解,为顾客们提供别样的潇湘口味。
Traveling to a different place from here, I inevitably carry a few special products in my luggage. Firstly, I will give them as gifts to my friends, and secondly, I will relieve my homesickness. The heart of fist and hospitality in this is naturally a subtle emotional projection for people living in foreign lands, when applied to food. In the capital, Xiangshang Xiang takes inspiration from traditional Hunan cuisine, integrates diverse contemporary culture, establishes a brand awareness and service concept of new Hunan cuisine, interprets different self perspectives, and provides customers with unique Xiaoxiang flavors.
位于北京北苑路的 SKP·大屯 DT51 店,以两层的空间体量建构了对地域、文化和味蕾的重新认知。“临街”界面强调品牌属性的同时,也考虑到内部的采光性,所以首层以序列的拱形开口为形象符号,突出入口处的节奏韵律;二层则以通透的玻璃砖为建造材料,借助室外的灯光形成一面“光墙”,有效协调外立面形体并解决场地的客观需求。
SKP Datun DT51 store on Beiyuan Road in Beijing constructs a new understanding of the region, culture and taste buds with a two-story space volume. While emphasizing the brand attributes, the "street-fronting" interface also takes into account the lighting of the interior, so the first floor uses the arched opening of the sequence as an image symbol to highlight the rhythm of the entrance; The second floor uses transparent glass bricks as the construction material, and forms a "light wall" with the help of outdoor lighting, which effectively coordinates the shape of the façade and solves the objective needs of the site.
前台迎进,前厅作为缓冲的过渡区域,同时扮演着动线上的重要角色,顾客可以前往二层包间,也可以向里而后转入开放的首层大厅。“无辣不欢”是湘菜的口味基调,立面上以统一直径的透明亚克力盒展示出辣椒的不同品类,使其构成一定的视觉装饰性。地面则以石材拼花取代传统地毯,构成隆重的入口仪式感。
Welcome from the front desk. The front hall serves as a buffer transition area and plays an important role in the movement line. Customers can go to the private rooms on the second floor or enter and then transfer to the open first floor lobby. The flavor tone of Hunan cuisine is ’no spiciness, no joy’. On the facade, a transparent acrylic box with a uniform diameter displays different categories of chili peppers, making them visually decorative. The ground is replaced by traditional carpets with stone mosaic, creating a grand entrance ceremony.
02 HALL
道林精舍
“秋风万里芙蓉国,道林精舍湘上湘。”论及三湘之地的文脉传承,岳麓书院发挥着重要的作用,自唐代马燧始建“道林精舍”以来,品质学风一直活跃于历史的各个时期。大厅以各地学子云集的意象为设计切入,体现“聚”的要义,与湘菜火辣、热情、活泼的个性相匹配。于过道之中,两面金属“折屏”的置入,界定了空间的不同属性,其本身的反射性也使空间更具有延展性。
"The autumn wind covers a thousand miles in the country of hibiscus, and the refined forests of the Daolin Mountains lead to the top of Hunan." When it comes to the cultural heritage of the Sanxiang region, Yuelu Academy plays an important role. Since the establishment of the "Daolin Jingshe" by Ma Sui in the Tang Dynasty, the quality learning style has been active in various periods of history. The hall is designed with the image of students gathering from various regions as a starting point, reflecting the essence of "gathering" and matching the personality of Hunan cuisine, which is hot, enthusiastic, and lively. In the hallway, the placement of two metal "folding screens" defines the different properties of the space, and its inherent reflectivity also makes the space more malleable.
“隔而不断”是东方的意境审美,尤其在尺度狭小的空间不失为处理视觉感受和场地尺度的一种理性方法。凭借立柱的定位,立面生成或高低不同、或大小不一、或隐而秘的功能空间体块,墙体之间,由花艺的穿插、屏风的围合构建出丰富的前后层次。其中,法式的线条以统一标高的天花为展示载体,于无序中建立有序的平衡感。
The concept of 'continuous separation' is an aesthetic concept in the East, especially in narrow spaces, which can be regarded as a rational method for handling visual perception and site scale. With the positioning of the columns, the facade generates functional space blocks that vary in height, size, or concealment. Between the walls, rich levels of front and rear are constructed by the interweaving of floral art and the enclosure of screens. Among them, the French lines use a uniform elevation of the ceiling as the display carrier, establishing an orderly sense of balance in disorder.
03 CORRIDOR

翰墨笔韵
自然山水与文人笔墨看似二者关系分明,是迥异的两种所指,但实则密不可分。上下连接的动线核心,垂直楼梯除了功能性需求,同样具有美学性和意境性的语义表达。蘸墨、落笔、游走、收笔,一气呵成的笔墨手法通过楼梯的圆润形体转译出来,而具有冲击力的红色又很好地营造了喜庆、热闹的火辣氛围。
The relationship between natural landscapes and literati ’brushwork may seem distinct and distinct, but in reality, they are inseparable. The core of the dynamic line connecting up and down, the vertical staircase not only has functional requirements, but also has aesthetic and artistic semantic expression. Dipping in ink, writing, wandering, and closing, the brushstroke techniques are translated in one go through the rounded shape of the stairs, and the impactful red color creates a festive and lively atmosphere.
于自然之间,苏轼吟咏出“山高月小,水落石出。”的视觉形象。拾级而上,由动态的帷幕投影出虚拟的山水景致,结合真实的声音模拟、徐徐腾升的云雾、水墨泼染的踏步共同构建了一种身临其境的山水体验。而内通道与外通道之间,门洞的建立亦具有特殊的意义,其线条符号有意地呼应了岳麓书院的山门意象。
In the midst of nature, Su Shi recited the visual image of "the mountains are high, the moon is small, and the water falls and the rocks emerge. Stepping up, a virtual landscape is projected from a dynamic curtain, combined with real sound simulation, slowly rising clouds, and ink splashing steps to create an immersive landscape experience. The establishment of the door opening between the inner and outer channels also has special significance, as its line symbols intentionally echo the image of the mountain gate of Yuelu Academy.

合乎时序
The four seasons in Hunan are obvious, and the ingredients are also adapted to the climate, showing corresponding seasonal characteristics. Compared to space, it is reflected in the plane layout sequence based on site conditions, consumer positioning, and brand needs. The two private rooms adjacent to the public area, "Xiangxiu · Dajiang" and "Frog Sound Ten Miles Out of Mountain Spring", cleverly use the external connection to create local landscape nodes, and open the shutter folding door to create visual connectivity and situational interaction between the inside and outside.
为了解决二层的采光问题,每个包间的立面于转角处预留出一定尺寸“光墙”位,随着内部灯光的晕染,形成外窗的心里暗示。以“元青花萧何月下追韩信梅瓶”为设计灵感,取青花瓷之色、之形、之意铺展于空间之中,让北侧内里的包间呈现出另一种契合身份定位的空间面貌,并凸显出多元文化语境下的当代融合。
In order to solve the lighting problem on the second floor, a certain size of "light wall" space is reserved at the corner of the facade of each private room. With the halo of internal lighting, it forms a psychological hint of the external window. Taking inspiration from the design of "Yuan blue and white Xiao He chasing Han Xin’s plum vase under the moon", the color, shape, and meaning of blue and white porcelain are spread out in the space, presenting a different spatial appearance that fits the identity positioning of the private room on the north side, and highlighting the contemporary integration in a multicultural context.
