本案关注点在于老年人在日常生活中的幸福感表现。近年来，人口老龄化这一议点不断被公众所提及，高龄者的生活、康养等问题逐渐被越来越多的人所关心。

The focus of this case is on the well-being of elderly people in their daily lives. In recent years, the issue of population aging has been constantly mentioned by the public, and the living, health, and other issues of the elderly have gradually been of concern to more and more people.

温润与大气并存，简约中蕴含深意，沉静内敛的氛围彰显独特魅力。在这里，轻松舒适的环境让居者的精神世界更加富足。

Warm and atmospheric coexist, simplicity contains profound meaning, and the calm and restrained atmosphere highlights unique charm. Here, a relaxed and comfortable environment makes the spiritual world of residents more prosperous.

业主一家三口居住，需要足够丰富的功能，喜欢柔和明亮的风格，也期待自己的家足够独特，不是千篇一律的网红法式。大胆选用深色作为空间的主色调，原木与奶油白打底；脱离了大众对法式的固有印象，以优雅的氛围感给予空间精神文化内涵。

布局上，简单但有秩序；一侧休闲一侧实用；阳台一侧定制一整排收纳柜，扩容空间容量，也给生活更多的底气。

The owner of a family of three needs to have a rich range of functions, like a soft and bright style, and also expects their home to be unique enough, not just a stereotypical internet celebrity French style. Bold selection of dark colors as the main color tone of the space, with logs and cream white as the base; Breaking away from the inherent impression of French style among the public, providing spiritual and cultural connotations to the space with an elegant atmosphere.

In terms of layout, it is simple but orderly; One side is casual and the other side is practical; Customize a whole row of storage cabinets on one side of the balcony to expand the space capacity and give more confidence to life.

开放式的西厨实用动线更加灵活，与餐厅连通，方便家人间的沟通交流，而嵌入式收纳更是将西厨打造成高效的实用空间。

The open style practical operation line of the Western kitchen is more flexible, connected to the restaurant, facilitating communication and exchange between families, and the embedded storage makes the Western kitchen an efficient practical space.

室内阳光流连，心情向阳而生，在四季暖阳的浸润下，静赏窗外花开花落，沉浸式用餐环境成为每一天悠然的入目享受。

The indoor sunshine lingers, and the mood rises towards the sun. With the warm sunshine of the four seasons soaking in, enjoying the flowers blooming and falling outside the window, the immersive dining environment becomes a leisurely and eye-catching enjoyment every day.

提高老年人在居住场所中的生活质量，保障老年人可以无障碍地到达住宅中的各个功能区，便捷地使用住宅中的家电设备，可以实现老年人自顾、自理，家人适用的适老化住宅设计。

Improving the quality of life for the elderly in residential areas, ensuring their accessibility to various functional areas in the residence, and facilitating the use of household appliances and equipment in the residence, can achieve self care, self-care, and suitable aging residential design for the elderly and their families.

整个主卧充满了自然和舒适的氛围，是一个让人放松身心、享受宁静的理想空间。无论是从布局还是从细节处理上，都展现出了精致和高雅，让人在睡眠的同时也能感受到家的温馨和舒适。

The entire master bedroom is filled with a natural and comfortable atmosphere, making it an ideal space for people to relax and enjoy tranquility. Both in terms of layout and detail handling, it showcases delicacy and elegance, allowing people to feel the warmth and comfort of home while sleeping.

老年人往往行动不便，身体柔软度和反应速度较慢，因此在适老化设计中要注意安全性。例如，在浴室和卧室里添加扶手、加装防滑垫、降低电器插座的高度，等等。这些措施可以减少老年人跌倒和滑倒的风险，以及其他一些可能会造成伤害的事故。

Elderly people often have difficulty moving, and their bodies are soft and slow to react. Therefore, safety should be taken into account in aging design. For example, adding handrails, installing anti slip mats, lowering the height of electrical sockets, and so on in the bathroom and bedroom. These measures can reduce the risk of falls and slips among elderly people, as well as other accidents that may cause harm.
