黑色是特殊的色彩，是不可调和的色彩，是具有多种不同文化意义的颜色。黑色看似极端，其实却是一个很百搭的色彩，可以与不同的色彩、不同的材质组合，也适用于多种空间风格，只有真正读懂黑色的人，才能将黑色用在最恰当的位置。

- 二层平面布置图-这是一套顶层复式，原始格局框架比较零碎，二楼有两个小露台，把空间分割成多个小空间，原楼梯位置在入户侧面，使得原有房间也被分割的很散，那在平面思考上楼梯位置选择的显得格外重要。

The space breaks away from the traditional framework in terms of layout and color.Using a range of dark materials as the focal point of the design creates a calm, cheerful atmosphere.

CHAPTER / 01

- 公共区域 -

一楼公共区域设有简单的隔断和双向沙发，结合地台使客厅和茶室的空间界定感更强，将卧室和卫生间区域整合成一个盒体。

The public area on the first floor is equipped with simple partitions and two-way sofas. Combined with the floor, the living room and tea room have a stronger sense of spatial definition, and the bedroom and bathroom areas are integrated into a box.

随着白天光线和阴影的变化，空间中的气质也发生了变化。在动线设置上尽可能弱化动线占用空间面积，将过道空间与餐厨客厅的功能重叠，使得空间利用率最大化。各空间之间不设界限，又自成不同天地，形成空间独特的场域。

As the light and shadows change during the day, the temperament in the space also changes. In the setting of moving lines, the space occupied by the moving lines should be minimized as much as possible, and the functions of the aisle space and the dining, kitchen and living room should be overlapped to maximize space utilization. There are no boundaries between each space, and each space forms a different world of its own, forming a unique spatial field.

楼梯选择放在南面结合茶室的地台做电视背景，通透的踏步在光影穿透下格外平静，不锈钢体块的电视背景黏附在楼梯上，既独立又统一。同样使这一个理性的黑白交织的空间增加一点刚性的质感，肌理所呈现的不同味道，结合光影的互动，营造一个纯粹的公共空间。

The staircase was chosen to be placed on the south side and combined with the tea room platform as the TV background. The transparent steps are particularly calm under the penetration of light and shadow. The TV background of the stainless steel block is adhered to the staircase, which is both independent and unified. It also adds a bit of rigid texture to this rational black and white intertwined space. The different flavors presented by the texture, combined with the interaction of light and shadow, create a pure public space.

CHAPTER / 02二楼

二楼两处赠送空间也更好的结合业主的需求与收纳需要做了针对性的设计，化繁为简，动静交织，南面的露台作为生活阳台和主卧衣帽间，北面露台则是经过隔热处理之后作为小孩房，楼梯改动后房间的也变得宽敞。

The two complimentary spaces on the second floor are also specifically designed to better combine the needs of the owners and storage needs, simplifying the complex and interweaving movement and stillness. The south terrace is used as a living balcony and the master bedroom dressing room, while the north terrace is insulated. After the treatment, it was used as a child’s room, and the room became spacious after the stairs were modified.

书房作为二楼空间公区与私区的衔接空间，我们也尽可能的去打开它，场景与场景之间既相互渗透，又保持着各自功能，开放的格局让整体尽收眼底，空间的温度与情绪可以自然流淌，为居住者营造出开阔的心境。

The study room serves as the connecting space between the public area and the private area on the second floor. We also try to open it as much as possible. The scenes not only penetrate each other, but also maintain their respective functions. The open layout allows a panoramic view of the whole, and the temperature of the space and emotions can flow naturally, creating an open state of mind for the residents.
