我们的2023

在项目实践中，我们继续在轻实体化设计的道路上尝试，通过使用更便捷的材料，更简化的工艺，更高性价比的方式以及更准确的定位来完成每一个项目。我们今年共整理了10个项目，并在国际/国内一线出版社以及设计媒体平台进行发表，其中包含4个餐饮空间，2个商业空间，2个住宅空间和2个快闪空间。

In our project practice, we persist in exploring lightweight design. We adopt expedient materials, simplified processes, cost-effective methods, and precise positioning for each project. This year, we curated a total of 10 projects, published across leading international and domestic design publications and media platforms. These include 4 dining spaces, 2 commercial spaces, 2 residential spaces, and 2 pop-up spaces.

白菜在2023年开始了半线上模式的办公，作为创意工作者，线上线下结合的办公模式增加团队的自由度，减少不必要的通勤，以结果为导向自由地安排时间，在舒适和熟悉的环境中专注于工作。

Baicai initiated a semi-remote work model in 2023. As creative professionals, this hybrid approach offers increased team flexibility, reduces unnecessary commuting, and allows freedom to organize time around outcomes. It emphasizes result-oriented schedules, enabling focused work in comfortable and familiar environments.

白菜在2023年末开展了平面设计相关业务，我们相信未来是视觉的，是快速的，有张力的。轻实体化的进程将会带领我们进入空间型平面，以及平面型空间相结合的时代，我们很期待在这个方向上做更多的尝试和突破。

Baicai ventured into graphic design in late 2023. We believe in a future that's visual, swift, and dynamic. The process of lightweight materialization will lead us into an era combining spatial graphics and graphic spaces. We're excited to explore and innovate further in this direction.
