米兰“四边形宁静区”的优雅重生

ENG - A project could have infinite starting points. This private apartment within an old building, designed and renovated by the architect Alessandra Sacchi together with the De Padova team of Santa Cecilia store in Milan, started from the strict relationship with the background. It is located in the “quadrilatero del silenzio”, a noble Milanese district with a strong liberty connotation. The light tones spread from the floors to the walls and furniture, crossing materials and fabrics and magnifying the external suspended atmosphere, to flow as the lifeblood of the interior space. The traces of history are well visible in the decorations of doors, in the plaster of ceilings and in the bleached wooden floors. A play of returns, enhanced by the strategical positioning of mirrors, as for the big Veneziana mirror by Piero Lissoni in the dining room, which is a focal point projecting the green of the terrace inside and reflecting the furniture objects.

Boffi, De Padova and MA / U Studio collection pieces furnish the environments, conveying a comforting domestic atmosphere, where the emotional relationship between things is expressed by the precise linearity and shapes and by the rigorous but not strict functionality. The recognisable and flexible image of everyday intimacy just waits to be lived.

ITA - Un progetto può avere innumerevoli punti di inizio. Questo realizzato dall’architetto Alessandra Sacchi, con il team DePadova Santa Cecilia di Milano, per la ristrutturazione di un appartamento privato in un edifico d’epoca, è partito dalla relazione con il contesto. Il quartiere nobile e di forte connotazione Liberty ribattezzato dai milanesi “il quadrilatero del silenzio”. I toni chiari che si propagano dai pavimenti alle pareti ai mobili, e attraversano materiali e tessuti, riescono ad amplificare l’atmosfera sospesa proveniente dall’esterno, per scorrere come linfa vitale dello spazio interno. Qui non è stata dimenticata la storia, di cui si rintracciano i segni originali nei decori, nelle incisioni delle porte, negli stucchi di gesso dei soffitti e nei pavimenti di legno sbiancato. Un gioco di rimandi sottolineato dal posizionamento strategico di specchi, fra i quali, il grande Veneziana (Piero Lissoni design) , nella sala da pranzo, è punto focale. Allunga nella stanza il verde della terrazza e riflette gli arredi. Gli ambienti sono tutti definiti dalla triplice firma Boffi, DePadova, Ma/u Studio. Un insieme coordinato che esprime l’ordine rassicurante dell’atmosfera domestica, dove il rapporto emotivo fra le cose è dato dalla precisa linearità e accoglienza delle forme e dalle dichiarazioni funzionali rigorose, ma non severe. L’immagine riconoscibile e duttile dell’intimità quotidiana, aspetta solo di essere vissuta.
