设计说明

1、这套房子后期只有业主二人居住，所以我们只保留了一间卧室，其他两个房间分别改造成衣帽间和书房，同时满足收纳、休闲、办公等多个需求。

2、两人都需要有办公空间，考虑到空间的舒适性，将书房设计成开放式，并利用飘窗区域打造了榻榻米，与客餐厅连为一体，增加空间的互动性。

3、进门没有玄关，结合空间的实际情况，将入户鞋柜与进门右手边的书架相结合，玄关的收纳问题得以解决。

4、保留两个卫生间，并将客卫的洗手台外移，改善客卫空间过小的问题，三分离的设计更方便日常使用。

5、阳台并入客厅，保证空间通透感的同时，也改善了采光和通风。
